A little about me. Started my FM career with Championship Manager Italia 92. Played Soccer Management Simulation on the Atari before that (if you know you know).

I normally play multiplayer with 2 other friends, so this formation has been and tested over multiple leagues and seasons.

I normally don't buy any players in the first season, and pick teams who are predicted to normally finish outside top 10.

    You. Sir, are the best tactician in FM23. I'm winning matches with a 2nd division team against first division teams in the Greek league without much effort. This tactics is the best this year and so underrated. Thank you sooo much!!!!

    This is the best tactic I've ever tested. My 5th division Brazilian team can play at the same level as the 1st division teams (and even beat them). You seem to be very good; you should post more tactics.
