Background of the story:
For this I am going to take over the Vancouver Whitecaps of Major League Soccer. As in the previous story I will include a sports marketing group that will help run the club. Even though the group is in the story by no means they are important to the story itself. The story will start a few months into the 2013 season after current manager Martin Rennie gets sacked.
Who am I?
I am playing the role of myself. Starting from a Canadian University soccer team to the Whitecaps U-23 squad to the first team. Crazy thing is that my character has only played the sport at the University level and will be working from the bottom to the top.

Whitecaps snap 5 game losing streak
6/15/13

VANCOUVER,BC- The Vancouver Whitecaps and Portland Timbers faced each other for the second time this season. This was also Manager Mike Korrigan's first match as interim manager. The crowd of 20,608 witnessed an exciting match.

The game opened up with a fluke goal by Midfielder Jack Jewsbury in the 18th minute. At this time the Vancouver supporters were in shock. It was looking to be a bad debut for Korrigan. But in the 34th Whitecaps Foward Darren Mattocks scored a beauty to tie it up. Six minutes later Vancouver strikes again. This time it was from a penalty kick by Daigo Kobayashi who scored his first goal for the club. From outside the box Portland's Ryan Johnson scored the equalizer in the 42nd. As extra time came Daigo Kobayashi scored his second goal.

At the half it is 3-2.

3-2 would end up being the final score in very hard though match between the two Pacific Northwest sides. After the match we caught up with Vancouver Manager Mike Korrigan.

"Obviously it was a great win for the club and the losing streak has been snapped, but we can't celebrate this because Seattle is next."- Mike Korrigan

The next match for Vancouver is this upcoming Wednesday at CenturyLink Field in Seattle. The match will be available on MLSLive.
