I signed him yesterday on my first save and then again this time.
Brilliant Klose signing. Absolutely inspired. I wonder where you could have gotten such a fantastic idea... In any case, great start, the Janužaj quip was well placed, and well spoken. Best of luckr
Good luck with this mate, hope Klose does the business for you. Great experienced head and sure will take his chances when given them.
Two More Arrive At Anfield As Liverpool Continue To Strengthen Squad
Liverpool have added more players to their squad for the upcoming season, with two deals being confirmed late last night. The first of the two is 27 year old Japanese midfielder Keisuke Honda, who signs for the club from CSKA Moscow for a fee of £1.3 million. The English club could have agreed to sign Honda on a free transfer, and almost did, but the players' agent offered Liverpool a chance to sign the player immediately at a reduced price. It is thought that he will be a first team regular this season and many fans are in disbelief that the player has been signed for such a low fee. Not only does it look like the club have a quality player for the season, but Liverpools' Commercial Director has spoken about the impact of the purchase on club finances. He has told Sky Sports that Honda will cause many Japanese fans to buy club shirts. Japan being a huge country, both population and economy wise, this could have a great impact on overseas merchandising, and could even offer up some links to Japanese clubs for Liverpool in the future.
The second player to sign is 25 year old Argentinian attacking midfielder Nicolás Gaitán, who signs from Portuguese team Benfica for £6.75 million. The player, who has been capped by Argentina six times, is widely regarded as a set piece master. He was subject to interest from fellow Premier League side Newcastle, who had a bid accepted, but Gaitán ultimately decided to sign for Liverpool. The player "possesses great talent" according to former manager Jorge Jesus, who put the player on the transfer list earlier this month, due to a need of funding. Gaitán found himself playing a big part in the Benfica squad during his time there and will hope there is a repeat of that at Anfield.

Honda is awesome!
Gaitan if anywhere near as good as in FM13 then u have a cracking player at a mega good price on your hands.

Love Gaitan, such a good player!! Also a big fan of Honda, cant wait to see how they do!!
Honda is a great signing. Dunno how good he is on this, but, will be interesting nonetheless.
It is great to see someone already starting a story with the mighty Liverpool FC! Good luck for the rest of this story; I will definitely be following.
Great start ! Klose can be a really good backup and Gaitan was really good for me last year , although I was playing as Crewe Alexandra and got them promoted . Good Luck !
FOWLER: I AM SORRY
Liverpool manager Robbie Fowler has issued an apology to fans of the club. This comes after a mix-up regarding the transfer of Argentinian winger Nicolás Gaitán, who Fowler confirmed had signed for the club last night. However, the player decided to join divisional rivals Newcastle United in a shock twist, claiming that he was unprepared to be a bench warmer for Liverpool, and opting for more playing time. Fowler has assured fans that the same mistake will not happen again, and has apologized for raising their hopes. He told Sky Sports that he was upset by Gaitán's decision but he understood it.
When asked if the budget that he had planned to spend on Gaitán was going to be used for another signing, he said "Yes, I have had a few names in my head for a while now, even before Nico (Gaitán) and I can confirm that we expect at least one more player to join the club before the transfer window closes. I can also tell you that we are looking for a winger to improve the squad, so that will be the main target." We should see who, if anyone, Fowler brings in during the next few days, and it is understood he has a large budget still to work with. If another player signs, it will be Liverpool's 5th signing of the window. It seems that Fowler is trying to improve the squads depth as well as quality. We will keep you updated on the transfer business going on inside Anfield.
