What can I do if I have lost my email with the key for FM Scout 14?

Hello,
when I run GS 14g, all players in the list are marked GK and estimating their potential they have only 40% to their best position.
How to make the program work properly?

How quickly does the download to 14g normally come through? Donated a few hours ago but only email received is the PayPal receipt.

If you have trouble with your key-file (you lost it, you need a new one, etc), please email Eugene about it and he'll help you out. His email is: genie @ fmscout . com (remove spaces)

How quickly does the download to 14g normally come through? Donated a few hours ago but only email received is the PayPal receipt.

Once your donation is completed successfully, you will receive your 2 emails (besides the receipt). The 1st email will arrive almost instantly and will include a download link for the "g" version. The 2nd email will arrive within a few hours (or sooner) and will include your personal key-file. The key file is necessary to activate the "g" version.
If you're using Gmail, make sure to check the Promotions tab and your Spam folder.

Whenever there's a new version, Eugene sends an email to all GS14g owners with download link. But even if you didn't receive that, you can check for an update inside the program (main menu > help & support > check for new version).

There surely has to be a problem with your key file. Most likely you formatted or changed your computer and as a result your Unique ID changed. Find your new Unique ID, and email it to Eugene explaining this. He will see it and send you a new key file.

Okay, I haven't received either emails. Is there something I should do/somewhere I should contact? I do have the payment receipt as proof.

It's been well over 24 hours now, I've emailed the address you gave about 12 hours ago. I don't mean to sound impatient, I know the man has a life outside this, just wondering if you can give any insight into what the problem might be if it is supposed to be almost instant?

I have donated 2 days ago, received the download link successfully almost immediately, but still no key file. I have emailed both the email address listed in the download file and the email address listed here. Hopefully I can get it sorted soon. Thanks for this great tool, I am very happy to donate considering how important it is in my enjoyment of FM!

I have screwed up! The other e-mails came straight to my inbox, but the key-file ended up in my spam folder. I know, I know, check your spam folder.... I just have alot of folders and didn't notice new items in the spam folder.

Yes you do. Unique ID is required to generate the key-file you need to activate your "g" version. Without a key-file, you will get incorrect data in scout results.

Check your spam/junk folder. The key-file is attached to a separate email and because of this attachment, it goes to spam folder for a lot of people.

Hello, l donated last night and got my 2 emails for links to download GS14g and my key file. l got a number of links to download GS14g in my emails but each time l download any of them and try to run the file it keeps coming up windows cannot access specified file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file. I don't know exactly what I'm supposed to do step by step how to get GS14g up and running, could you help me please that would be much appreciated thanks.
