Genie Scout 14g FAQ

Hello, I have a problem, ill-ordered Genie Scout, instead of Fm 14, ordered to FM12, whether it is possible to convert the Key? Do I have to grant pass a second time?

got my 2 emails for links to download GS14g and my key file... each time l download any of them and try to run the file it keeps coming up windows cannot access specified file you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file... what I'm supposed to do step by step how to get GS14g up and running...

• Download both files, genie14g_setup_14.3.0_b416.zip and key.g14.
• Unzip genie14g_setup_14.3.0_b416.zip using 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac
• Run the extracted file genie14g_setup_14.3.0_b416.exe and complete installation steps
• Move the key.g14 file inside the installation directory, usually C:\FM Genie Scout 14g
• That's it, you can now start GS14g

I recently bought a new PC and am using it and no longer my old laptop for the game. Does this mean I will need a new key?

Just installed Windows 8 and I have a new Unique ID. Sent an email to Eugene asking for a new key but so far nothing. It's been a week. How long does this usualy take?

Email Eugene, provide your new unique ID and explain what happened. He will send you a new key file.

Yes, simply email Eugene the unique ID of your new PC and he will send you a new key. You don't need to donate again.

It usually takes 24 hours or less. So most likely Eugene has already emailed you back and chances are his message went into your email's spam/junk area. Please check there for it.

I sent a message through the Contact link at the bottom of the FM Scout page on the 17th August, explaining that I'd recently reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop so needed a new key file for Genie Scout 14G. I still haven't received a response in any form, and it's been a week now.

Our site won't deal with the handing out of new 14g keys ourselves, you will have to contact the tool author Eugene through is own personal e-mail. You should find his e-mail where you got your original 14g key file from.

Thank you for your response Justice. I actually found the correct E-mail address about ten minutes after posting here, and have E-mailed Eugene. Thanks again for responding though.
