Slightly adapted to the tactic that I uploaded to the site, some roles have been tinkered with and most visibly a CDM has been pushed into the CM role. This was because there was a big get that a lot of opposing players could capitalise on. The main aim of this tactic is to keep hold of the ball, and to benefit from having many attackers.
Tactic #2:5-3-2
This formation is also supposed to be for retaining possession, but for a lot of play to do also done up the wings. When needed, the team can have 6/7 players back, and can then counter with pace up the wings, with attempts to either cut inside, or feed the Shadow Striker.

Figueiredo has played for a majority of high profile clubs such as Sao Paulo, AIK, Malmo FF & now Manisaspor. In a total of 174 games he's accumulated 55 goals, a pretty high amount for a CM/CAM. He'll be looking to extend this tally at Manisaspor.
