Hearts almost fought back near the end of the match there did you think they might sneak another goal?
To be honest I didn’t Jeff, they were lucky to be awarded the penalty which was really really soft and Hibs were just far superior today. They were under no threat at all.
Being a Hibs fan I have to disagree my heart was in my mouth all I could think was “not again” but what an end to an excellent match and an excellent season, I’m delighted.

Yeah it was a horrible tackle and I’m glad McGivern wasn’t injured and was able to carry on.
It was truly disgusting Jeff the lad should be ashamed and I hope he apologised at the end.
Truly amazing scenes here at the end of the match given you are an ex-Hearts captain, does the Hibs anthem give you goose bumps when it’s sung like that?, even the camera mans hairs were standing up as were mine.
I have to admit I used to hate that song as a Hearts player but hearing it sung with the passion and emotion that the Hibs fans sang it today, it’s something that’ll live with me forever it was truly something special.
Pat I can see your itching to go down and congratulate Andi and his team and you’ll be glad to hear that’s all we’ve got time for. What a game, what an atmosphere, what a day on behalf of us all its goodbye for now.
