Two join Rangers as Kenny signs new deal!

Today, Kenny Dalglish signed a new contract with Rangers Football Club. It is clear that the new chairman Ross McQueen didn't agree with the 1 year contract first given to Dalglish, and opted to set the fans minds at rest by handing Dalglish a contract until the 2016 season. The players are also expected to be given a boost by this recent good news, and the good form that Rangers have been in will be expected to carry on. Kenny spoke to BTSport on his new contract earlier today and here is what he had to say:"Well im certainly delighted by the new contract given to me, and I'm glad Ross has got faith me! It gives me enough time to think about the future, and how I will build with our youth players."
Dalglish is obviously very happy, and I'm sure he'll be made even more happy by the two new faces the chairman has accepted into the team, 22 Year old John Fleck has joined for a fee of around 900K, he is expected to add strong competition in the middle of the park as well as becoming a first team player for many years to come, he looks the real deal this lad, and it is a wonder why Rangers let him go in the first place.

Kenny has also signed Kilmarnock youth product Matthew Kennedy, prizing him away from Everton for a fee thought to be around the 2.5M mark. Rangers only have one Left winger, or atleast one half decent Left winger, but now Matthew Kennedy looks like the 19 year old to compete with David Templeton for a first team spot, although still very young he has a lot of experience at this level, and Dalglish won't be afraid to throw him straight into the mix.
