'I think finding these players teams to play at for a whole season is going to help them come back next season and go for the first team. Arsenal have took advantage of a clause in Ince's contract which meant he could move to a team in a higher division for 12m. Ince, 22 can not wait to fight for his place in the Arsenal team.

So Ole Gunnar likes to surprise a bit and this signing is very surprising. Andy Carroll who was transfer listed at Liverpool moves over to London as backup to Benteke and Lewandowski.
Carroll is only the second signing this summer for Arsenal who have been really quiet, more making sure there hot prospects get game time on loan.
Solskjaer said of the signing 'Andy has something to offer and is very experianced like Robbie Keane is and these youngsters need player like this.'
Christian Benteke publicly came out and said that he will do everything to hold his place down.
