Season Defining Month For The Reds
So the month after Gabriele left and it could not have gone any better. The day he left he came in in tears and wished us the best and told us to bring the McDonald's Premier League trophy home.

Our first match was against Stoke and they took a shock early lead but captain for the day Cotton drove us on and when Jamie scored for us on the 23rd minute it was all one way traffic. Nirvana has picked up his form immensely and he fed the ball to Piter to drill home the second on 31 minutes to send us in to half time 2-1 up. I told them we needed to win this to keep our gap in the table but they left it until the 76th minute to score the third when Piter scored a free kick. Sub Colin Kyle scored two in 2 minutes to give us a 5-1 victory, and a well deserved one at that.
We then slaughtered a sorry Spurs side 5-1. Nirvana set us on the way on the 18th minute, then Kyle and Diez added 3 goals before the break. Kyle scored a awesome free kick and then Diez scored two break away goals as the direct passing approach worked a treat. Kyle then added his second towards the end of the match to wrap up our second 5-1 victory in a row.
Shakhtar were then dispatched 2-0 through Colin Kyle and Piter grabbing two absolutely stunning goals. Kyle's was a wonderful free kick and Piter's goal came from a corner. It gives us the edge on a tricky return leg in Ukraine.
We then just got edged out by Chelsea. Chelsea are really coming good here, we are missing Wayne Smith in these sort of matches but when Adam Williams equalised on the 84th minute, I thought we had done enough to draw but they scored on the 90th minute to snatch a win and suddenly the Man City match was hugely important.
We absolutely destroyed Man City. I mean we were 3-0 up by half time! Diez connected to a Nightingale cross to make it 1-0 and then Nirvana set up Kyle twice in 8 minutes to score two powerful shots from just outside the area. I was full of praise for my men at half time. I withdrew Nirvana because he got tired and substitute Darmian scored the all important 4th goal to give us another victory.
McDonald's Premier League Table

We are still 9 points clear of Arsenal and 10 clear of Chelsea although they have a game in hadn so it could be 6 and 7 points respectively but there are just 9 game sto go for us.
Upcoming Fixtures

So only 4 fixtures this month, I think we have easy Premier League matches but it is the match against Shakhtar that will be the match of the month. If we can hold on there then we have got to where the media wanted us to get to.
Forest Player Of The Month

Adam Williams has been a star this month. Some will argue that is is Colin Kyle that has been the best this month but I think this guy is a unsung hero. He comes up big when needed and I am happy he is getting this award this month.
Rumours Continue

Since Hibs were bought out by oil tycoon Lee Mitchel there have been rumours over who he will give his warchest too. When I release these funds to sign top class players, I want a top class manager. I have already tried to contact Kevin Keegan but have had no luck what so ever. I will keep trying though!
Whether Kevin will want that sort of challenge I do not know but one thing for sure, he now has three offers on the table with Lyon and Benfica it will be interesting if anyone else comes in to get him.
