Real Madrid featured a number of exceptionally quick players but they were unable to secure the victory. They would end up settling for a scoreless draw against Irish club Shamrock Rovers at the Aviva Stadium. Shamrock covered a lot of ground but also committed too many fouls, meaning their effort was for nothing.

Interestingly enough star transfer Tomislav Kis did not make any sort of impact as Korrigan hoped for. It has been 8 matches since he last scored. In other player news goalkeeper Julio Cesar impressed both sides today as he was on point during the whole match. The two clubs will face off again on match day four on 3 November 2015 in Madrid.
