It's finally that time of month again; Story of the Month voting starts now! This is our first Story of the Month for the coming calendar year! We are all excited to see who's made the shortlist and we are all ready to have 2014 kick off with a bang! First, let's meet the judges!
  • Louis O.
  • Neal
  • Pauker
  • Rablador

Now let's have a look at the five stories that have been nominated for this month's award!

Neal's [FM13] Giuseppe Bergomi - The King of Calcio
This is the best story of last month, when Neal finally got a SoTM under his belt for this one. Since last month Bergomi has gone on record to say this could be his last season managing Inter Milan and has started what could be his last season by winning the Supercoppa Italia against Arch Rivals AC Milan. Bergomi is also doing well as Italy Boss too but it is his exploits as Inter Boss where he excels most and also added the Super Cup to his name after PSG were swept aside. It does not matter who gets injured because Inter are still rampant at the top of the league and still unbeaten! Can they stay unbeaten all season make sure you keep tuning in to find out.

Neal's Francesco Totti - Il Gladiatore di Roma
Neal has his second nomination and this time Francesco Totti is in the hotseat as Roma Boss and as usual they are lying top but this has been a month where overall they have stuggled. But towards the end of the month they picked up and also sold a few players to make some valuable money. Also Totti has been able to convince players like Bradley to stay too. Roma currently sit top of the tree but only on goal difference as them and Juventus are 5 points clear of AC.Milan. Will Totti guide Roma to the title make sure you read to find out.

Nick's Tottenham Hotspur: Like a Boas
AVB and his Tottenham team are showing just what attacking football is. His brand of attacking football has got him close to winning the title a couple of times but he has not been trophyless and has won numerous cups including The McDonalds Community Shield, The F.A Cup and The Capital One Cup all in 2015. Add to that wonderful signings like Morata and Martinez has seen his Spurs side just miss out on the title last season by ONE point. this season however AVB has got his team scoring for fun and after September are 6 points clear ahead of Liverpool at the top of the table. Can Spurs go on to win AVB his first Premier League title? You will have to keep reading to find out!

P-KIDDY's Juventus: La Vecchia Signora
When Antonio Conte took over Juventus it represented a awesome story opportunity and that was taken up by Paddy. The challenge was to make them a force in European Football once again. After selling players to have to buy players, Conte got rid of high earners like Mirko Vucinic and used that money to invest in players like Adrien Silva, Firmino and Onazi. Conte then Won the Coppa Italia and the Serie A title on his first attempt. Paddy then also added some extremely good mid month posts to make this story one of the must read stories on this site at the moment. The second season signings like Berardi and Marrone are sure to more to the Juventus team. As things stand Juventus are currently 2nd in Serie A, 1 point behind Napoli.

BayernAmerica's The Irish Inquisition: Combating the heresey of the EPL and Celtic FC on the Irish People since 2013
When this story started a lot of people were interested because you do not see many Irish Stories. This though is fast becoming one of the better stories on this site, in came a new structure to run alongside the Champion's League. Mike Corrigan took over as Manager of Shamrock Rovers and made waves straight from day 1, He won the title and Shamrock Rovers number 18 title in his first season. There have been signings like Richard Dunne, Glenn Whelan and Shamrock Rovers own superstar Sylvain Ebanks-Blake. Shamrock under Mr. Corrigan has been Manager Of The Year in 2013/2014 season and the 2014/2015 season aswell as winning the Irish Shield twice and the Premer League twice. Shamrock followed them up with the FAI Ford Cup, EA Sports Cup and the All Ireland Cup. Currently they are having a stadium expansion and are top of the league. Will Shamrock win the title again and have a good European run? Read to find out.

Yes, indeed. :))

However, there's an Inter story here, in story of the year. This is more of an up-to-date poll. :)
