Well then... seems we've improved a bit... Not dabbling has been excellent for me
A Closer Look At January
Manager of the month

Manuel Pellegrini are back in the title race, after a stellar month of January where the Manchester clubs took all 12 possible points, which included wins against Spurs, Liverpool, and West Brom. They're 4 points behind 2nd placed Swansea and 5 points off Sunderland in 1st.
Player of the Month

January was a wonderful month for Swansea's young french prodigy. Paul Pogba hit the back of the net 4 times for Swansea, lifting the club over Liverpool, Chelsea, and Norwich in a month where the Welsh club won 4 out of a possible 5.
Young Player of the Month

Swansea swept the Player of the Month awards for January, with brand new signing Mattthias Ginter picking up the Young Player of the Month award. The highly touted centerback was signed from Bayern for 14M and Diego Simeone will be delighted that he's already contributing at a high level for the club.
Leading Average Rating

Some say that Lionel Messi is the best player in the world, and his average rating has done nothing to hurt that prospect. Messi leads the league with a wonderful 7.96 average rating, and he's played a huge part in getting Manchester City back into the title conversation.
Leading Goalscorer

Luis Suarez is back at the top of the goal scoring charts after taking over the spot from teammate Mario Mandzukic. Suarez, who has 14 goals so far this season, needed just 3 goals to become top scorer in the League again. Liverpool however, had a frustrating month, with losses to Manchester City and Swansea City.
Leading Assister

Kevin Volland didn't have a single assist for Spurs this month, but he's still set up more goals than anyone else in the league. Volland's total of 11 assists is best in the league by a mile, and keeping him must be a priority for Tottenham.
Offsides Leader

Chelsea's Brazilian International Willian has a fantastic 56 offsides so far, taking the top spot from Gabby Agbonlahor.
Leading Tackler

Phil Jagielka continues to tackle more than anyone else in the league, with 125 tackles so far this year. Jagielka's been somewhat of a surprise, considering he's 32 and nearing the end of his career.

Well form has picked up a little bit, a few nice wins there. Next season, hopefully Guardiola will lead us out of this bad form and into the UCL.
