Congrats on promotion to the Premier League. An epic day for Brighton!
Promoted!! A dream come true for all of brighton :D

Nice little update, at least one of your players got in the team of the season.

Vaughan - We're Here To Stay

The manager of newly promoted Brighton and Hove Albion, Donald Vaughan, has assured fans of the club that his side will be doing everything in their power to avoid relegation from the Barclays Premier League this season.

The Seagulls were promoted on the last day of the season, following a 0-2 victory away to Sky Bet Championship winners Nottingham Forest.

Vaughan has also told fans that there is money available for transfers, and that it will be spent on reinforcements, before adding that he is not expecting to see many players leave The Amex.

"I've done what the two before me couldn't! [Laughs] No, both Óscar and Gus were fantastic at the club, which makes it all the more sweet for me. I'm looking forward to giving Gus a challenge next season. It's games against teams like Gus' that we need to win to stay in the league, and I feel that we are prepared. With your support, we'll still be playing Premier League football next season. Tony's made funds available for me, and I intend to spend them on quality players. I don't think we'll see many players leave the club, and if they do, we have the reputation to bring in replacements."
I hope you stay in the Premier League for many years to come!

Brighton and Hove Albion are pleased to announce that our Barclays Premier League 2014/2015 season home and away kits have been released for sale to the public. We are delighted to announce Carlsberg as our new shirt sponsor, but American Express will remain our main sponsor.

Each adult shirt will cost £40.00 but season ticket holders from last years' successful season will be able to purchase the shirts for just £29.99 each from the official club website by entering their season ticket number.

Junior shirts will be on sale at £15.00 each from any sports shops.

Any person who purchases a season ticket before 1st July will also receive the £11.01 discount on offer to current season ticket holders.

The team are looking forward to playing in these kits in our first pre-season friendly against Leyton Orient. We hope to see you at The Amex this season, come on you Seagulls!
Love the kits, wish I could buy the black one.

No more stripes :(
oh well still some lovely looking kits there

Top Goalscorer Leaves Brighton

Brighton and Hove Albion have announced the departure of Leonardo Ulloa to West Ham United.

The Argentinian led the club's goalscoring charts last year with 17 goals in 40 appearances in the Sky Bet Championship, helping his side to promotion in doing so.

But Ulloa had been told following the end of the season that he would be leaving the club according to agent Alvaro Suarez.

The 27-year-old joins Brighton's new divisional rivals for a fee of £3.5 million, with manager Donald Vaughan assuring disheartened fans that a replacement is already lined up.

Early reports link the club with a move for Andy Carroll or Iago Aspas to replace Ulloa.
3.5 million ain't too bad for Ulloa!

Ulloa "Replacement" Signs

Donald Vaughan has announced the arrival of Queens Park Rangers' Charlie Austin. Having already stated that a replacement would be found for Leonardo Ulloa, who was recently sold by the club, Austin joins the newly promoted Premier League team from Q.P.R who narrowly missed out on joining Brighton in the Premier League.

Austin, 24, has previously played for Burnley and Swindon Town, and the English striker says that he felt the move compulsory if he was to get the attention of England manager Roy Hodgson. Austin joins the club for a fee of £3.9 million. Q.P.R manager Neil Warnock says that the fee could have been lower, had Brighton been willing to make a decision on whether they wanted the player, instead of restarting negotiations with them on more than one occasion.

"Charlie was a fantastic player last season for Q.P.R and he was vital in them achieving a playoff place. He has a better track record than Leonardo Ulloa did for us last season. He is Leo's replacement, but I see him as more than that. Charlie can be a great player for us if he shows the same goalscoring ability as he did last season, and with him, and the addition of a few others, my confidence in our chances of staying up will be boosted further. I admit that we did pull out of negotiations at an earlier stage, on two occasions, when the fee was slightly lower. But that was only because I had to be sure that he was right for our style of play. I watched back a few videos of his play from this season, and I am 100% sure that he is the striker for us."
AUSTIN:D
