Ta31_a - If 'everyone' does sign him, then perhaps there's a reason why they do! Signed Doria on the last FM so wanted to go for Balanta this time. Umtiti didn't represent value for money imo. But thanks for reading! :)

HERNANES LEAVES!

http://www.magazineinter.it/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/hernanes-inter2.jpg

Brazilian midfielder Hernanes has been allowed to leave the Giuseppe Meazza prior to the tour of the United States after Chelsea lodged a monumental bid worth £20 million for the central midfielder. Ronaldo admitted the club could not afford to reject the bid, but was excited to see more funds become available to strengthen his squad.

Coming the other way, Inter Milan have added the exciting young prospect of Liverpool's attacking midfielder Suso to their squad. The Spaniard has joined on a season long loan, with an option to buy for 12.5m at the end of the season.

Tampa Bay Rowdies 1 Inter Milan 2

Icardi 22
Icardi 41

NYCFC 1 Inter Milan 1
Suso 24

New York Cosmos 0 Inter Milan 0

Three goals in four games against mediocre opposition would not have impressed attack minded manager Ronaldo during there tour of America. Suso impressed during his first appearance in the famous Internazionale shirt against NYCFC, an early goal in his Inter career will raise expectations among fans back home, who will be hoping the youngster will flourish in the Italian league. Icardi added 2 more goals to his pre-season tally against American minnows, Tampa Bay. But Ronaldo will be demanding more from all his players once the season kicks off.

Player of Pre Season - Mauro Icardi.
Having played in 5 of the 6 pre-season matches, scoring 6 goals, Mauro has shown Ronaldo is right to trust in his abilities. A failed attempt to bring in Barca star Munir is looking less disappointing with the Italian striker firing on all cylinders. Could this be the season Icardi becomes a household name in the global game? Time will tell...
Great read so far, I think you've made some great signings!

Two More Join Inter, Mbaye Loaned Out

New manager Ronaldo has added two more young talents to his squad prior to a European clash with Slovan Bratislava. First to sign is sought after winger Kevin Kampl, from FC Red Bull Salzburg for £4 million. The midfielder is expected to play a key role in Inter's new look squad, with youngster Adama Traore the only other competition for the right wing position. The Slovenian international felt he'd achieved all he could in Austria, having won both the domestic league and cup last season with Salzburg. The midfielder is thrilled to join Ronaldo's team, and is excited to be part of the revival of one of football's great clubs.

The second signing to join before the season begins is right-back Gino Peruzzi from Serie B side Catania for a modest £2 million fee, with an additional £750,000 after appearances. This move paved the way for Senegalese international Ibrahima Mbaye to move away to Sampdoria on loan. It has been suggested the signing of Darmian earlier in the summer had unsettled the defender, who wanted first team football.
Vsablackwatch - Seriously appreciate the support!! Glad you're enjoying it so far :) Hoping to make one more signing before the window closes as I have some spare cash left!

Therefore, it came as no surprise that Icardi, who was in fine form during pre-season, opened the scoring after 14 minutes from close range. Deadline Day Transfers

It was a busy deadline day for Inter Milan manager Ronaldo. The Brazilian spent the remeinder of his budget on signing Belgian youngster Youri Tielemens. The midfielder was bought from Anderlecht for a deal estimated to be worth £10 million. Inter had to pay £4.5 million up front to secure the signing of the wonder-kid, with an additional £5.5 million added on after club and international appearances.

http://plusfutbol.es/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Youri-Tielemans.jpg

However, Tielemens didn't have any time to settle into his new club, with Belgian side Standard Liege taking the midfielder on a season long loan deal in order to help continue his development. In addition, Ronaldo has taken a U-turn on how to approach the development of Spaniard Jesus Vallejo. After previously deciding to keep the player in Milan, training with the under 20's, Ronaldo accepted a loan move for Vallejo to Portuguese side Braga with moments to spare before the deadline passed.

"I Choose Inter" - Ødegaard

Inter Milan have today secured the signing of Martin Ødegaard from Strømsgodset IF for £1 million, with an addition £500,000 going to his former club after 40 league appearances.
http://footballfriendsonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/odegaard.jpg

The 15 year old Norwegian midfielder has been sort after from numerous clubs throughout Europe. The likes of Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester United, PSG and A.S. Roma were all interested and vying for his signature. However, after visiting Milan last month where he saw I Nerazzurri win a hotly contested match with league rivals Lazio, Ronaldo opened negotiations with the attacking midfielder. It is said that Ødegaard was persuaded by the Brazilian's long term plan for the club, and that the Norwegian, who lists Ronaldo among his idols growing up, bought into the clubs ethos.

Ødegaard will join his new team in January, once the transfer window reopens. However, we're expected to see little or nothing of the youngster early on in his Internazionale career, with the midfielder likely to join up with the Under 20 side for the remainder of the season. This deal could be viewed as an early indication of Ronaldo throwing down the gauntlet, by challenging Europe's elite clubs for the signature of a top young prospect. Inter Milan fans are excited about signing the midfielder, without needed to pay a massive fee.
