2016-07-09 10:29#235066 L0rdArt : Nice story, as a Marseille fan I will follow it!
I'm also playing with Marseille, so I will be watching your work there

Thank you, I chose Marseille because I hated to watching them struggle last season especially the Marseille 2-5 Rennes and all the sales this summer.

I was at the stadium every week-end, it was hard...

But you can win Ligue 1 the first year, that's nice!

Mathias Sommer: “I am absolutely delighted to have won Ligue 1 with Marseille I didn’t even expect that we could achieved this in one year two trophies to add to the collection feels good, the only disappointment was the French cup and leaving it to the last minute to win today I was so nervous.
It is great for the club to be back in European football, we will rest now and try and retain this 10th Ligue 1 title next season.
Finally, I want to thank the fans they have been brilliant all year and even stuck by us while we were going through a rough patch later on in the season, we couldn’t have done it without them and I’m glad that the Stade Veledrome will have Champions league football again.

French cup Final

Paris Saint Germain 1-0 Bordeaux Hakim Ziyech wins it for PSG who have now won it three times in a row.
Nice! You won the title in the last minutes, amazing! Imagine all the city going crazy right now!
Well done on the title mate, keep it going
L0rdArt: Thanks, I thought we were going to throw the title away after dominating for most of the season. The whole of Marseille would be buzzing.

BeanyUnited: Cheers, I will do mate :)

Marseille Transfers-

Transfers in-
Vedran Corluka and Jeremy Mathieu were signed in January to put pressure on Doria and Rolando. The Brazilian striker Leandro was our only over striker behind our star man Soriano so Yussuf Poulson was signed for 10m from RB Leipzig. Mouez Hassen was signed in January for free but arrived this summer. Franck Beria was also signed in January as a backup full back who can play both sides. Andrija Zivkovic we managed to sign on a free transfer. Left back Miguel Layun from Porto was signed for 12m plus the loan of Henri Bedimo who is starting to decrease due to his age. Morgan Sanson was signed from rivals Montpellier for 10.75m, GK Pele and Karim Rekik on loan who would find it hard to get into the starting line-up with our current centre halves. Then Ante Coric a young midfielder signed from Dinamo Zagreb for 13.5m. The last transfer in was Lucas Lima linked to Real Madrid and other top clubs over the last couple of years we were scouting him at the beginning of last season he signed for just 16m.
Transfers out-
Only 4 players went this summer for a transfer fee- Doria- AC Milan for 21.5m good young centre back but needed to balance the books and wouldn’t be playing regularly. Andre Martins- signed last summer for around 1.4m from Sporting, then went out on loan in January sold to Freiburg for 1.4m. Bouna Sarr to Stade Rennais for 1.2m at 24 years old he wasn’t getting enough game time so good move for him. Finally, Remy Cabella to Bayern for his release cause of just 6m wanted to keep the super sub of last season but couldn’t offer him what he wanted first team football, so you go to Bayern right?

2016-07-14 11:23#235255 ninjaskill : Great job winning the league. Great achievement. Also some good looking transfers, hope you can have some more success this year
Thanks a lot, I don't know if we might have over spent on some of the new players but it's going okay.
Zivkovic and Coric are realy good transfers! Hassen can be a good keeper, but you will need a better one in the next years to fight in the CL.

Your team is growing well.
L0rdArt: Well I have Benoit Costil who was brilliant last season I signed him last summer for 6.75 million and he's 29 so a good age for a keeper. I am finding it hard to think of any players that could strengthen this starting 11.

So after 12 games it's not looking too good in the league with 4 losses already. But we were trailing PSG last season and we can do it again. They are still unbeaten.
