As you can see we did lose one game that was the final game against Ajax 4-0 we were already through and I decided to play a completely different 11 with some players making their first appearance of the season, this is because we have been playing around two or three matches a week.

Ligue 1 Breaking News

Sofiane Boufal has signed for Marseille




Boufal has signed for £7.5 million from Ligue 1 rivals Lille on a five year deal until 2021.

Boufal's first professional contract was with Angers he stayed there for 6 years until moving to Lille for £2.9 million, in his three year stay with the club he became one of the most sought after players in Ligue 1 attracting interest from around Europe, but it's Marseille who have signed the 23 year old attacking midfielder.

Could this mean departures?

Marseille will play Paris Saint Germain in the Coupe de la Ligue quarter final, Marseille were hoping to avoid them as they did last year and they ended up winning the competition with Lille knocking PSG out at this stage.

Marseille will not retain their title as we go into the semi finals of the Coupe de la Ligue

1-0 against Arsenal is not a bad result, you can beat them at home but you will need your best defense! I managed to qualify against them in 2020 lol.

For the title it will be very very hard as PSG is not loosing often...

Thanks, it hasn't made too much difference as they are still way ahead at the top of the table but we can hope they lose the rest of their games.

L0rdArt: Yeah I was pleased with the result they have Benitez as manager he came in the summer after winning the championship with Newcastle with over 100 points

I don't think we are going to be able to catch PSG but we will try.

They have done it Marseille overturned the 1 goal deficit at the Stade Velodrome yesterday night and ran out 2-0 winners (Marseille 2-1 Arsenal-aggregate). So they are in the Quarter finals of the Champions League!
