First and foremost, I am blown away by the fees you have spent and recouped. Certainly not something you expect to witness in the Portuguese divisions at all. However, you justified the spending by impressing domestically and in Europe. Capturing the Liga NOS title is a massive coup after back-to-back disappointments in this particular area. Losing to PSG in the final must have been a tough result to take, but once again you ought to be proud of your efforts.
Unfortunate that you couldn't defend the Champions League but losing to PSG is nothing to be ashamed off. Managing to claim the League domestically ensures the season is seen as a success and hopefully you continue to build from here.
Disappointed catching up on this and seeing that appears to have ended, which only goes to show how good of story it as been to read! Great career and story.
