September 2023
-----Results

Despite being undefeated throughout the month, it was a disappointing start to September in the Bundesliga by coming away with just three points in three matches. This streak was ended in the final fixture of the month when a Lothar Piller header sealed the first Bundesliga victory of the season for 1860 Munich.
The highlight of the month was 1860 Munich’s 2-0 upset victory over Napoli in the UEFA Europa League in their return to European football. Controlling possession from start to finish, goals from defenders Diogo Dalot and Armel Bella-Kotchap saw Die Löwen complete a famous victory.

Comments
Everyone: We should beat Besiktas and Partizan and upsetting Napoli puts us in a great position.
