Firstly congratulations on winning the National Cup in just six months at the club. The board seem to be rather bitter despite what you achieved there and maybe that's purely because they know they are going to struggle to get a suitable replacement.
There is a massive rebuild needed here and it seems as though Blagoja is looking at ensuring some experience is in at the club from the get go. Good luck here.
