Steve Zakuani:

One of best players last season and one so far this season for Seattle.

Seattle Times interview with Seattle Manager Maciej Dabrowski.
Int: Firstly I want to congratulate on your teams performance in the league. Do you think your team can win MLS this season?
MD: I would like that but league got little bit stronger this season in my opinion so I think it will be little bit harder this season than in last one.
Int: Well your team has been knock out of the US Cup. Who do you think will win it now?
MD: My unrealistic dream would be that Atlanta Silverbacks would win US Cup because it is only team outside MLS who is playing in the cup but realistically I think Chivas will win in this season.
Int: What was your biggest disappointment this season?
MD: I think it is hard to choose between losing in semi-final of North American Champions League to Monterey and getting knock out of US Cup to Chivas. But I would go with getting knock out of NACL because I was so close to the final but my team never had luck for Monterey.
Int: Interesting. Who do you think is best player and the worst player in your team.
MD: I don’t want really to say because my players will get upset.
Int: Than who do you think is your best signing and worst signing this season?
MD: I think the best signing was Aki Riihilathi because I think his really good player who deserves credit. To worst signing I don’t want to upset players.
Int: Do you planning any more signings this season?
MD: Not this season but as you know Kasey Keller is going to retire at the end of the season so I am planning to buy goalkeeper after this season.
Int: Any particular names?
MD: As I do not have any funds for transfers so probably someone who is free agent. Lately I looked at Radek Cerny , Cesar ex-Real Madrid and Valencia player and Boguslaw Wypalo but they have their years.
Int: Thank you for your time, see you next time around.
MD: Thanks.

I think he has to fill shoes to best striker who played in Rave Green colours Blaise Nkufo which would be hard because it really old for football and he is only sign contract for one year.

North American Champions League Semi-Final:
In semi-final of NACL I will play against team who I did not manage to win against Pachuca. It will be hard to win but in football nothing is impossible so I just can count on luck.
