Keeping busy

This offer dropped into my mailbox the other day and I just couldn't resist it with the WC in Quatar coming up next year!

Good luck with that national team! They look strong.

This story has really inspired me as I have started a game unemployed but I have now got a job in the Jupiler League! I will have a story up soon and will hope you are a fan.
Same old, same old

What looked to be a fight until the very finish turned into a very onesided contest when reigning champs Celtic gained a 4p gap after thrashing us with 5 or so games to go of the season. From there on distance only grew and to be honest, as things played out, the deserved the title.

We managed to bring home our second trophy of the season as we won the FA-cup, but I'd trade it for a leaugetitle in a heartbeat!

At Senegal everything is working as planned, we haven't played great but we've won our games and are qualified for the final round

Looking forward I've first and formost decided to say another year (provided that a tempting offer doesn't drop into the mailbox during the season). The only focus will be bringing home a god damn leaugetitle as it has always eluded me. If we do I will concider staying for that continental run, and really not giving a crap about the leauge play.

I'm not sure if I'll be looking to make any big moves during the summer. Looking back on what went wrong this year I'd say most of it is actually on me. Sure, the bad run of form started with a game where we outshot the opposition 23-3, had 5-0 in clear cut chanses, +60% possesion and still managed to loose, and there were a few more games like thus. But fact is I had a hard time showing my team new winning ways and that's something I'll have to work on.

Until next time, fare well comrades !
Hard luck at the end of the season there! Well done on the FA Cup though and you are doing well with Senegal.

is your objective in this management course to become the worlds greatest?

Keep it up.

I'd say the bad luck came in the middle of the season, towards the end, as I said, we simply played bad I'm afraid. The cup victories are vital as I need to work on my repsheet...

Regarding Senegal I need to find a way to play against better teams... I'll probably try to get some highprofile friendlies to achive this.

Yes of course, my sights are set on that nr 1 stop in the hall!
Speeachless

After snatching a win away from home in the first leg of the WC-qual against Malia we had one foot in Quatar. But after a Hindenburg-like preformance in front of our own fans we got that foot cut right off by Malia's Toure who made fun of our defence all game!

As soon as the game finished I resigned as head coach for Senegal in hope of finding a team without coach who have earned a ticket to the dance (it happens more often than you'd think)

The opening third of the leauge has gone pretty well with only one loss and two draws in 10 (some odd) games. We're fighting in the top with a slight advantage provided that we get our three points from the game we have in hand on the other teams.
Halfway home

New flow, new go but the same title in sight. For the first time we are on top of the table with some margain half way through the season. It's been a good first half with only i minor slip up, but most of all our competition is struggeling. Here's the table:

The change from last year is adopting another tactic as my starter, this works well with my crzy attacking ways as I'm usualy slugging from behind when I switch to it. One of the greatest things about the new tactics is that I'm using two strikers who are showing the kind of partnership Johannes3000 shows in his campaings to success!

Provided that results keep coming and that we don't suffer any serious injuries I won't be making any changes what so ever until the end of the season. Once there how ever alot of decisions will be made... how it all pens out we'll see when we get there !

Prologue

After taking you on an epic journey with my beloved Bloods last year I've decided to take you on another ride this year. Things will be diffrent this time around though, instead of taking one team from the bottom to the top I'll be travelling the world taking on whatever challange I'm faced with. My only goal is to get to the top of the Hall of Fame, but how I'll get there is yet to be seen.

I'll be making my way into the harsh world of football with only sundayleauge-expreince to show for. Naturally this will make it hard just to get started since only a handfull of clubs are going to be desperate enough to give me a shot... well well, we all need to start somewhere!
how do you add a photo to the stories that you create

I upload the images into imageshack, copy the pictures url and paste in into this code: (when you use imageshack you only need to add ".th" before ".png" to the regular imgadress in order to make it the thumbnailadress... so an example of what this looks like is this:

it's not my place to say if it's okay or not, but you should try to find some structure to your posts rather than just piling up text
Looking good in the league! Keep it up boyoo!
I love the idea. Seems like a proper management career. Once I've achieved my goal with Shrewsbury I think i'll give this challenge a go - it looks like a great way to experience teams and countries I've never managed in before (I rarely venture outside of England)

Good luck with the current season!
A final battle

Long time no see gents', I do appologize but a lack of wireless here in the jungle has made updating hard... but rest asure I've not been on the lazy side!

After getting tangled up in a titlerace with AmaZulu we found strength to bring home the only domestic trophy we were yet to have possesed, the leaugetitle!

Looking at the stats from this season shows just how much we deserved this:

During the same time we also managed to defend one of our cupcrowns:

To be honest though, I couldn't care less about winning this cup, if you've been following the story you'll know where my sights are set now that we are kings of the South... It's time to rule the intire continet!

We've been underdogs all the way but we've battled through it all and now we're almost there. A big negative for us is that the tournament started late in the season wich meant that we played qualifiers and such during the sprint of last years leauge as well as during summer time when the leauge was finished. Worst off however has been now during the groupstage and play-offs where we've been forced to play 3 games in 10 days on numerous occasions. However, as I said I would, I've put the continental cup before everything else and it has payed off!

After a superb comeback in the semis, ENPPI from Egypt stands as our final foes in the battle for the cup! We played them twice in the groupstage without winning, but honestly I couldn't care less, there is no way we're loosing this one!
On to the next one

A superb hat-trick from my top man John-Jumbo Nasinga saw us clinch the title!

After this triumph me deed here us done, let's see who wants me now!
