Man Of The Match

Sergio Aguero - Manchester City

Result

Manchester City 5-1 Burnley

City Poznan

A world class performance from Sergio Aguero who scored all 5 goals today to get a rating of 10.0, This takes his tally to 19 goals in the Premier League season, 2 goals behind Chicarito who has 21.
If he performs and gets more goals, he can be my top goalscorer for 2 years running. Next up Wolverhampton Wanderers in the FA Cup.
Your squad is full of some of the best attacking players Man City could buy, very impressive. Hard to see how you keep everyone happy. Rather envious of your wage budget. I have just taken Crewe from League 2 to the prem and just got set my wage budget for my first season as £160K per week, most of your players must be on more than that on their own!

Hey I am playing Manchester City as well. One advise I think you should consider is not buying or selling players so often. The team performs way better when the players have been playing together for a year or so.
Here's my first team squad:

Goalkeepers: Joe Hart, French Regen

Defenders: Micah Richards, Sebastian Corchia, Dennis Diekmeier (Loan)(DR)
Gael Clichy, Italian Regen (DL)
Vincent Kompany, Dedryck Boyata, Mamadou Sakho, Sebastian Toro (DC)

Midfielders: Nigel De Jong, Javier Mascherano (DM/MC)
Frank Lampard, James Milner (MC), Shaun Wright-Phillips (I bought him just because he is a Man City favourite, buying players like him or robinho really adds to team and fan confidence)
Vladimir Weiss, Adam Johnson, David Silva, Samir Nasri (AMR/AML)
Ganso (AMC), Though Silva, Nasri and Aguero all are adept at playing AMC

Forwards: Sergio Aguero, Edin Dezeko, Leandro Damiao (True gold 62 Apperances/ 7 Subs, 64 goals!!!, careful though I know from previous games he is injury prone, so not very rigorous training schedule, easy tackling, stand off more in matches, this game only got injured once for 7 weeks)

Try buying young players around 16-18, and train them so that you can have good home-grown players by 21. Look for young players in Empoli, RC Lens, Aj Auxerre, Stade Rennais FC, Roma, Cruz Arul, Velez. Ask your board to upgrade youth facilities, always use the fear of opposition gaining advantage or something.

Hope this helps :D, Good story btw :D

I love the fact Man Utd offered you a contract, and as a United fan im glad you rejected it LOL. having looked through your games, i notice you mainly play a 4-4-2. Have you considered playing a 4-5-1, with Neymar playing on the left as an Inside Forward. In another game of mine, i played him there and he scored and created bags of goals.

Also your defence seems a little shaky. Jagielka is goos, but i would by no means say he was world class. And you team is a very good team, so maybe its worth purchasing a world class, experienced defender like Thiagi Silva.

Other than that you look like your sorted mate. Good luck for the next season!
