Dude a word of advice: Change your tactics, I used the same 4-4-2 formation and similar if not the same roles and team instructions, in the first season it was great, beating City 4-0, Liverpool 7-1 and Chelsea 5-0, there many big wins a gainst big clubs. However I think the NPC learns and put tactics to counter your strategy, you can see it your self with the results and performances declining, also if you are on a winning streak try to rotate you players, don't play Rooney for 15 straight games, he's going to get cocky and relax, make sure you tell them to relax in team talks. Also try playing Hazard in left wing and Gotze in Midfield, it might solve all your midfield problems and increases your goals. Buying Cavani was a waste of money, personally I think Hernandez would play better in Poacher role with Rooney as CF or AF, you should have bought Hamsik instead if you wanted to buy someone from Napoli, he plays AP but train his tackling and play him as BWM in support along with Gotze and you will plague your opponents for years to come. Also for a third striker buy Muniain, he's cheaper than Cavani and scores a lot of goals (3 goals in 20 minutes, he came on as a sub and turned the score from 0-2 to Liverpool to 3-2 to United) he can play LW when you need him to, in that position he dribbles past opponents and cuts inside making magical goals or assists using short passes, he's not much of a crosser.

Injury News:

Rooney out for 6-9 days with a bruised shin (God knows what kind of pansy injury excuse that is. Man UP!!!)

Worst injury excuse ever!!
I disagree, I think a gashed arm is the worst, I mean can't the player himself put some medicine on it and cover it with a bandage? The next day it would be healed or at least won't hurt but for some reason it takes over 3 days to heal, honestly how does a player get a gashed arm? Does the opponent scratch him in the game? Does the grass cut him? People don't even use their arms to play football unless for the keeper.

Yeah it seems to be a problem, and the game defo seems to be learning and adapting! So i will be tinkering with tactics and formations soon, but perhaps in the smaller games to see what works well.

As for rotating players, i rotate enough, but Rooney does drive the team well, and he provides some unseen confidence for the team. When he isnt playing, the team becomes lax and just isnt as sharp. Playing Gotxe in the middle is something ive been considering for a while, but every time i do, Hazard pulls out some mega performance in the middle, and plays like a dream midfielder!

I totally disagree mate. Cavani is a brilliant piece of business. Hernandez is definitely a superb player, but poachers arent effective in every match, and sometimes Rooney needs a class partner up front, who can also pose a presence, and has a greater range to his game in terms of passing and creativity too. Cavani gives me exactly that. Hamsik would have been a good signing, but i dont feel there was a need for another holding, ball winning midfielder when i already have Fletcher, and if trained correctly, then Anderson too.

Iker Muniain is a fantastic young striker, but again i really dont see the need for more than one striker in a team. Moreover he does cost £20 mil or more, and for that i would much rather buy Cavani than Munianin.
Dude to be honest you spend way too much money, I signed Hamsik, Hazard, Muniain, Martinez and few cheaper youngsters and I spent way less than you, you should really try to manage your money better. I mean Cavani for 28.5 mil isn't bad but I've seen the computer buy him for 20 mil or less,Gotze is just way to expensive at 60 mil, I might've gone upto 55 mil to sign him but I've seen him play in previous games in the wing and personally from my experience and others too, Gotze messes up the wing too often or slows down the tempo, seriously, play Hazard in the wing and Gotze in the midfield for 5 games at least theny ou decide yourself. I'm not saying you suck, just showing you some strategies and heads-up you can use.

Great match, with Hernandez playing superbly. His movement and position were exquisite. He was much helped by great service on the flanks from Nani and Gotze, who ran the defence ragged with their superb dribbling and crossing! A great match to watch

Yeah i appreciate the help. In terms of over spending, in my other saves, Gotze doesnt even consider Man Utd in the second, third, fourth or fifth season. Thats why i had to grab him in the first season. Hazard, is one of my personal favourites, and the money i spent on him, i see as an investment.

A decent match, and Arsenal definitely pushed hard for the win, but our defence held strong as did out midfield who provided good support. Asamoah is really coming into things this second season and holding our midfield together nicely.

It was good to field the younger team today, barring Hazard and Rooney. Felipe Anderson showed his worth with complete control over the midfield. His passes were brilliant and he played a great quick game with good one twos, and passing which brought everyone into the game.
Transfer News:

Signed this young goalie who looks brilliant!!
