Wellbeck(AF) Cavani (CF)
HT: 2-0 Young(13), Anderson (43)

Good Performers: Young (9), Valencia (8.8), Cavani (8.5), Anderson (7.8), Felipe Anderson (7.7), Rafael (7.7), Vrsaljko (7.6), Jones (7.5)
Completely dominated the game as expected. We were at home and had already qualified, so i fielded a weaker, younger team, who performed well. Gave a good all round performance, with everyone doing their bit. Bodes well for the future.
English Premier League - 10 Dec 2011
Man Utd vs Blackburn (Home)
Formation: 4-4-2
Starting Line-up:
De Gea(GK)
Rafael(WB) Ferdinand(CD) Vidic(CD) Vrsaljko(WB)
Nani(WM) Giggs(AP) Fletcher(CM) Gotze(WM)
Cavani(AF) Hernandez (CF)
HT: 0-0
Subs Used: Valencia, Young, Hazard
FT: 1-0 Cavani (74)
MOTM: Robinson (7.4)
Good Performers: -
Blackburn came out strong and played their usual physical game. Giggs' passing was exquisite as usual, but Fletcher found it hard to control and dominate the middle of the park. The wingers didn't put in the performance i was hoping for, and didnt take on the full backs often enough. Once i had bought Valencia on, things changed. He ran at his opposite number at every opportunity, and provided the cross which allowed Cavani to score. All in all though, a lucky win.
Injury News:
I've been a little lazy with the injury updates, but the injuries are as follows:
Fabio - Out for 2 weeks with a fractured wrist
Evra - Out for 5 weeks with strained knee ligaments
Smalling - Out for 5 weeks with a dislocated shoulder
English Premier League - 17 Dec 2011
Man Utd vs Aston Villa (Away)
Formation: 4-4-2
Starting Line-up:
De Gea(GK)
Rafael(WB) Ferdinand(CD) Vidic(CD) Vrsaljko(WB)
Nani(WM) Giggs(AP) Fletcher(CM) Gotze(WM)
Cavani(AF) Rooney (CF)
HT: 1-0 Heskey (41)
Subs Used: Welbeck, Young, Hazard
FT: 1-3 Rooney (48, 60), Welbeck (70)
MOTM: Rooney (9.1)(2 goals)
Good Performers: Fletcher (8), Rafael (8)
It was a case of poor finishing. We had 3 sitters in the first half but didnt finish them, and we were punished by Heskey when he had his first clear shot on goal. However after the half time team talk, we came out rearing, and Rooney quickly gave us not only an equaliser, but the lead too. Welbeck came of the bench and made an instant impact by scoring pretty much instantly.

English Premier League - 26 Dec 2011
Man Utd vs Chelsea(Away)
Formation: 4-4-2
Starting Line-up:
De Gea(GK)
Rafael(WB) Ferdinand(CD) Vidic(CD) Fabio(WB)
Nani(WM) Hazard(AP) Fletcher(BWM) Giggs(WM)
Rooney(AF) Cavani (CF)
Subs Used: Welbeck, Gotze, Jones
FT: 2-2 Giggs (17), Nani (22), Anelka (24, 71)
We went up to 2-0 pretty early on, but Anleka had two shots, which came out of the blue, and both went in. For long periods we controlled the game, and peppered their goal with shots, and personally i do not think the result showed a fair representation of the game!
English Premier League - 31 Dec 2011
Man Utd vs Newcastle(Home)
Formation: 4-4-2
Starting Line-up:
De Gea(GK)
Rafael(WB) Jones(CD) Vidic(CD) Fabio(WB)
Gotze(WM) Hazard(AP) Asamoah(BWM) Giggs(WM)
Rooney(AF) Cavani (CF)
Subs Used: Anderson, Gotze

Held possession well, and had many shots on goal. We should have won by more though. Also during play, Giggs was injures which was rather annoying!!
Injury News:
Lucky Giggs will only be out for 2-3 days
World Team of the Year
Only Vidic made the stating line-up, but both Rooney and Cavani made the bench
