#43403 DembaWalker342 : cannot wait to see how things go, gud luck mate

Thanks mate
Great story so far mate, and good luck with getting a good finish :)

One question I have to ask though is:

How did you manage to spend £31mil, when you only had a starting budget of £7.5mil and only brought in £3mil from transfers??

Thanks mate. As for the transfer spending, i bought of my players whilst paying the sum over a period of 48 months. In this way i was able to spend more than i had
The signing you made are very good. All of them will turn into a very good players. But since you spend 32 Million you might not gone a get any money to spend in next transfer window.

I think it will depend on how i do. If i can make it into the top 7 then i will definitely get more money. But i should be set for the next year or so, barring some of the oldies like Brown and O'Shea dont retire
they will probably stick around for another couple of seasons

I hope so. But the question is will they be effective in those seasons, because ageing players dont handle pace or strength very well!

We played brilliantly, taking the game to Arsenal. Within the first 20 minutes we had already worked our way into having 2 clear cut chances. Unfortunately Welbeck seemed a little out of touch today and squandered both chances. But we continued creating chances and playing well, and were rewarded with a great goal from a corner. Felipe Anderson played some delightful passes and i was happy to see him grab a goal for himself. More than anything i was pleased with Lucas Digne's performance. For one so young, he handled himself very well in such a big match!

The tactic was to soak up the pressure and hit Aston Villa on the break, and thats exactly what happened. Aston Villa came hard for us, and we held nicely, before breaking with out pacey forwards to score twice in the first half. Brunt was disappointing today, but on the opposite flank, Kadlec was brilliant! It was a great all round performance to secure a very tricky win!
Can i ask?
How did you get Vrsaljko?
In my game i failed to sign him cause a lot of big teams are also chasing him

It was a poor performance. I changed the formation, and gave some of the second team players a run too, but they didnt perform as well as i would have liked. Wickham had a poor match today and was grabbing at his chances. But i was pleased with Dong-Won who provided us with the winning goal late into stoppage time. In all fairness QPR played well and probably deserved the win, but we snatched it from under their noses and im not complaining.

Vrsaljko is a player who a lot of teams want and so it is important to get in there early. I know (from previous saves) he comes for around £2.2mil, and so within the first two days i place a bid for him. Once it comes to contract talks, i do offer him a slightly higher wage and good match and goal bonuses which then persuades him to come (usually).
Ok I'll try. Thanks for the info :)
