A good 3-0 win over Bolton at the Reebok Stadium.

Javier Hernandez got Man Utd in front just 10th min. Danny Welbeck doubled Man Utd’s lead with a beautiful struck effort from the edge of the area in the 18th min.

Things went bad for Bolton when Paul Robinson was shown a straight red for a two-footed challenge on Welbeck. Man Utd took advantage of the extra men they had and in the 79th min, Valencia made it three for Man Utd.

I decided to rest most of my key players and let my youngsters to show their talent and it doesn’t take long to break the deadlock.

Michael Owen got Man Utd off to a flying start with an accurate finish in the 3rd min. Owen didn’t stay long in the game as he was down injured and so Welbeck replaced him. Welbeck made his appearance visible by scoring in the 23rd min.

Things went from bad to worse for Colchester when Karl Duguid earned himself an early shower for a two-footed challenge on Park Ji-Sung. Man Utd took control from there on. Welbeck added his second goal of the game in the 30th min and he completed his hat-trick with a superb solo effort just before half-time.

Will Keane increased Man Utd’s lead further in the 48th min and he got his second goal from a penalty spot.

Final score Man Utd 6 Colchester Utd 0. Overall I’m pleased with my youngsters’ performance.

Man Utd thrashed Sunderland 5-0 with two goals from Wayne Rooney.

Wayne Rooney gave Man Utd the lead in the 12th min which saw the ball deflected on its way in. Sunderland were reduced to 10 men when Ji Dong-Won received a straight red for a two-footed challenge on Ayew. Andre Ayew then doubled Man Utd’s lead with a curling shot from the edge of the area in the 45th min.

Man Utd kept pressing in the second-half and they got their reward minutes before full-time. Vidic scored with a good header from inside the six yard box in the 83rd min through Young’s corner. Rooney added his second goal of the game in the 85th min before Ashley Young completed the rout with a close range effort before full-time.

Man Utd travelled to Estadio da Luz to face Benfica and the match ended goalless. Not much of action. The only threat came in the 50th min when Rooney’s free-kick cracked against the woodwork only to find Hernandez who headed the ball and hit the bar.

Anyway, we manage to a avoid defeat as among the teams that were drawn with us, Benfica seems to be the only threat to our team.

Following a goalless draw in the Champions League, Man Utd were hungry for goals and they did just that.

Chris Smalling who came on for Ferdinand due to injury gave Man Utd the lead in the 40th min with a good header from just inside the six yard box from Young’s corner. That was Smalling first goal of the season.

Smalling then added his second goal of the game in the 59th min once again from Young’s corenr. An error from Richard Dunne allowed Wayne Rooney to slot home the third goal for Man Utd. Final score Man Utd 3 Aston Villa 0.

A good win for Man Utd as they maintain their lead in the league table but Aston Villa misery continues as they are still without a win and currently they are in the 19th place.

A solid 4-1 win over Liverpool with Danny Welbeck scoring his hat-trick.

Man Utd had a good start with Chris Smalling scoring a close range header in the 2nd min. Liverpool equalised courtesy of Jonny Evans own goal in the 11th min. Welbeck ensures Man Utd were ahead before half-time when he scores in the 42nd min.

Welbeck got his second goal of the night after an error from Martin Kelly. Welbeck completed his hat-trick from a penalty spot when Adam fouled Hernandez in the box.

Great play by Danny Welbeck today and he deserves the man of the match.

A good 2-0 win over Maccabi Haifa.

Man Utd had been dominating from the start and they finally break the deadlock through Federico Macheda just before half-time. That was Macheda first goal of the season.

Man Utd wrapped up their victory when an error from Moshe Cnafo allowed Berbatov to score a freak goal who took a slight knocked in the process.

Man Utd suffered their first league defeat when they lost 1-0 against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Juan Mata the only scorer of the game when he scored from close range in the 12th min. Man Utd had their goal disallowed in the 45th min after Hernandez was caught offside.

Disappointed with their performance as Man Utd players rarely test Petr Cech. Hoping for a better performance in the next match against Arsenal in the League Cup.

Following a defeat against Chelsea, Man Utd players were looking to bounce back from the defeat. Wayne Rooney can’t make it to the squad as he just recovered from his injury.

Man Utd were ahead in the 15th min when Jones header met Vasilis Torosidis who put the ball past his own goalkeeper. Phil Jones rounded off the victory in the 33rd min with a close range finish from Young’s corner.

Dimitar Berbatov had a chance to score from a penalty spot in the 93rd min, but it was saved by Manuel Almunia.

Final score Man Utd 2 Arsenal 0. Man Utd progressed to the next round of the League Cup. A good performance by Man Utd but worried for Berbatov as he is not contributing to Man Utd goals.
