Should i declare interest and finally make the move away from spain? I kind of like the idea of Liverpool as the next spanish man after benitez going there and winning the league for the first time in god knows how many years!! Or should i stay at Celta? Think ive taken them as far as i can it feels...dont think ill top last season...and im always looking for the next step up.

If the club you were talking about wasn't Liverpool, I say you should stay with Celta for about one to two more seasons. But since the club you are talking about IS Liverpool, yes you should declare interest in the job.

Not the best transfer budget seeing as chairman day before that said he would inject £6M into the club.
yeah i will think long and hard, Liverpool would be a great step but is it the right time...
Ruben Conista has released a lot of dead wood at the club, Michel Salgado has retired and becomes a coach at the club.
Conista is struggling to find suitable players for the 2014/15 season as he hasnt got a real budget to work with.
That's a real stumbling block when playing the low league clubs - transfer budgets. You need to try to get players on frees or Bosmans I guess.
Don't think there will be any problem if you move to Liverpool though
