Ooooh, Manager of the Month. Well done - looks like your defense are your cornerstone!
#62674 Kiwi : Ooooh, Manager of the Month. Well done - looks like your defense are your cornerstone!

yeah kiwi im basing this side on having a strong defence. theres no point being able to score goasl if you are not capable of defending them.

im very proud of my manager of the month
massive news coming out of scotland today as Motherwell could soon join the rich group as a mystery tycoon is looking to buy out the club in the near future
watch this space....
the press have noticed the tactical mastermind that is Shane Swanston :p

Rasmus Elm has been ruled out for 2-3 weeks with an ( LCL ) sprain

Barclays Premier League
Wigan Athletic vs Newcastle United ( 1-1 )
Newcastle United vs Southampton ( 4-1 )
Newcastle United vs Norwich City ( 6-0 )
Chelsea vs Newcastle United ( 3-0 )

after a positive start to the month we were bought back down to earth by Chelsea who absolutely played us off the park. we still happen to sit in 3rd place at this moment in time

UEFA Europa League
Newcastle United vs Borussia MunchenGladbach ( 0-1 )
despite our recent loss we still sit atop our group, and a win in our next game should seal a place in the knockout round
Papiss Cisse has been ruled out for 3 weeks with a back strain after over exerting himself whilst doing weights
OUchies...hate when your star man gets injured! I lost Modric for 3 months and then Rooney for 3 weeks. February saw me lose more matches than all other months put together.
Ban the sod from the weights room - bad luck!!!!

UEFA Europa League
Sports Direct Arena

Newcastle United vs Nordsjaeland
the Toon Army faithful poured into sports Direct Arena to see their side play Nordsjaeland in which they were hoping would be an unforgettable night and players and fans knew that a win would seal progression to the knockout phase of the competition.
Demba Ba didnt make the Newcastle fans wait long to cheer as he turned Jores Okore and smashed home to give Newcastle the lead in the 15th minute. they had t owait til the 42nd minute though for the second goal to come and this was courtesy of a own goal from Andres Bjelland. we managed to control the rest of the game but were unable to find that 3rd goal but with this 2-0 win we safely progress to the next round
The Fa Cup is back for another year. here is the draw for the 3rd round

well i must say we are quite happy with the draw as we have avoided the top sides first up, but may end up with a banana skin tie against Gainsborough. elsewhere holders Cheslea face Sunderland at Stamford Bridge
Fans across England have just witnessed a truly epic Quarter Final clash in the Capital One Cup. ill let u see for yourself. enjoy how it all unfolded
Adam Campbell has now scored 3 goals in the 6 games he has played this year.
Dan Gosling has been ruled out of action for 2 weeks with a grade one tear
both Yohan Cabaye and Cheick Tiote have caught the eye of liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers and it is believed this is major interest coming from liverpool , we will not be entering discussions over the sale of either players
hey guys sorry about tht lack of updates. house has been turned upside down due to painting so had no time for fm. ill be on this weekend and will post aswell.

sorry guys

Barclays Premier League
Newcastle United vs Aston Villa ( 0-0 )
Everton vs Newcastle United ( 2-0 )
Newcastle United Vs Manchester City ( 3-0 ) An outstanding performance from the boys as we completely dominated the reigning champions and made them look quite ordinary

Liverpool vs Newcastle United ( 1-0 )
Newcastle United vs Arsenal ( 0-1 )
Newcastle United vs Stoke ( 0-0 )

so overall a pretty average month in the Premier League where we really struggled to find the back of the net despite dominating each and every game.

UEFA Europa League
Newcastle United vs Nordsdaeland ( 2-0 )
Inter Milan vs Newcastle United ( 0-2 )
these 2 wins kept us on top of our group and sealed progress to the next round of the Europa League. i beleive our great form in the competition will be sending shivers down managers necks in hope they dont avoid us in the next round

The draw for the Capital One Cup has been made...
so with no more of the so called "big clubs" left in the competition we have a really good shot at winning the cup but will have to make sure complacency doesnt become an issue
Liverpool and Napoli have made offers for Hatem Ben Arfa and Yohan Cabaye respectively. i have decided to reject both offers as we are not in the business of selling our top players

Martin O'Neill is the first managerial casualty after being sacked by Sunderland
