Problems:

Guys, I want to sell three players in the next transfer window which are Morison, Howson, Barnett or Jackson. Since I only want to sell three players, one will stay at the club. Comment on who should stay. Next update will be of my some transfers I need

Leon Barnett
Why: He doesn't play well for me, and honestly with Doria arriving in the next transfer window I have too much centre-backs.

Jonny Howson
Why: Every time I give him a chance, he blows it. Plus, Hoolahan is playing great and Adryan is his sub, in which I want him to develop

Steve Morison
Why: He hasn't impressed me at all, not even in the friendlies in which we played 2.Bundesliga sides and scored only 3 goals, most coming from mistakes.

Simeon Jackson
Why: His stats are bad for a striker and his contract is expiring in the summer so he's definitely going to be sold.
My needs in my current team:

What I really need in my team is a good right-back, because neither Russell or Whittaker are impressing me in games. I had an offer for 5.25m in the summer from Reading, but it was 18 months so I rejected it.

After that, I need cover in the wings, because I only have 3 wingers, and one is a youngster. Therefore, I need two wingers because I am planning to loan the youngster, since he is a bench warmer.

Finally, I need a striker that can bag me the goals, because my goals have come from my midfield. To add to that, Holt hasn't scored in 861 minutes of football.

Monthly Report (November) #1: Actually, with the given results played I feel it was a bad month, in which we lost to City at home and lost a 2 goal lead to Sunderland.

Match #1: We visited Sunderland and Turner was booed in the Stadium of Light. Soon into the match, Morison was given a surprise start over under-achieving Holt, and scored the first goal in the 5th minute. Soon after, John O'Shea scored an own goal to give Norwich a 2-0 lead away against Sunderland. Right after that, Sunderland were given an unjust penalty and Fletcher send Ruddy the wrong way. In the beginning minutes of the second half, Fletcher took a Tierney error and equalized for Sunderland.

Match #2: It was a big match-day as we hosted Manchester City and City chose to field a strong side against us. In the 38th minute, Tevez scored a goal by putting in the far post. Then, in the second half, Silva got injured in the 68th minute. In the finishing 10 minutes, things got interesting. Nasri slammed a goal to give City a two goal difference in the 83rd minute. Not long after, Holt scored and ended his goal drought of 11 hours. When Norwich were piling the pressure, Kolarov made an ugly tackle and earned his early bath thanks to a second yellow card.

Sunderland vs Norwich
5' Steve Morison
23' John O'Shea (OG)
25' Steven Fletcher
57' Steven Fletcher
FT: 2-2

Norwich vs Manchester City
38' Carlos Tevez
68' David Silva (Injury)
83' Samir Nasri
86' Grant Holt
90(+2)' Aleksandr Kolarov (Red Card)
FT: 1-2
Ouch unluck.
Month Report #2(November): I am unhappy we couldn't take the three points in London playing against West Ham and I haven't recorded a win yet, which I hope to do so in the next two matches. Then, we did beat Wigan barely and finished the month great thrashing Fulham away.

Match Report #3: I was disappointed my team couldn't hold on the lead, though we wasted a lot of chances. A player who was on fire was Albin Ekdal, who looks to swoop Norwich Player of the Month who made important tackles and saved a goal from the edge of the goal.

Match #3: West Ham vs Norwich City
24' Grant Holt
57' Matty Taylor
FT: 1-1

Match Report #4: We hosted Wigan at Carrow Road and I do need the three points, since I am dropping points in matches I should bag all three points. Here we go! In the first 20 minutes, Russell Martin made a mistake that almost cost us a goal. This is one of the reasons he isn't good at right back. In the 72nd minute Holt scored a goal from a mistake. Thanks to Holt, we have bagged 4 points out of 6. Go on Holt!

Match #4:
72' Grant Holt
FT: 1-0

Match Report #5: We left Carrow Road and headed to Craven Cottage for a win. If we won and other results go our way we can rise up to 4th place. Thank god, this is the last match of the month and the fifth. A fine goal by Hoolahan who targeted the high post and did it! Not long after that, we scored by a header of Sebastien Bassong. At the end of the second half, Bassong tripled our lead and scored a fine header, that came from a corner. Oh yes! A HAT-TRICK from Bassong! He is on fire! A great result for us, thrashing Fulham at Craven Cottage! Bassong!

Match #5:
28' Wes Hoolahan
40' Sebastien Bassong
77' Sebastien Bassong
90(+1)' Sebastien Bassong
FT: 0-4

Norwich Player of the Month:
Sebastien Bassong
Why: His match against Fulham was impeccable, and was a rock in defence. He is great and barely scrapped this over Holt who scored 2-3 goals this month which is good.

Norwich Young Player of the Month:
Oskar Hiljemark
Why: He played admirably against West Ham assisting the goal for Holt. He had asked me to go on loan, but I told him he provided cover and I played him against West Ham and Fulham. Bravo!
THERES ONLY ONE BASSONG a hat trick from a defender not something you see every year so bravo to him. good run so far, keep it up.
SPOILER ALERT! // SPOILER ALERT!
Monthly Report #1 (December): We finally get a break in cup matches. Last three matches of the Capital One Cup were hard so it's a relief to draw Northampton in the F.A. Cup. We have about 5 matches ahead, so I'm going to split it into two. A disappointing result overall against QPR. Though it was a good result against Tottenham.

Match #1: We visit the small stadium of Loftus Road and head for an easy win, in which I want to bag all three points. I will field a strong side, because I have a 7 day break because I have drawn 2/5 away matches. After a fantastic goal from Garrido, which was a free kick we took the lead. We couldn't finish our chances and this cost us 2 vital points. Shaun Derry scored by a re bound from Ruddy. A disappointing result.

QPR vs Norwich
43' Javier Garrido
52' Shaun Derry
FT: 1-1

Match #2: We host Tottenham and I need those three points as it proves to be one of the most important matches of the year. This is because if I were to win I am guaranteed that I will be fourth and might even go third. After a quick double from Adebayor got me wondering, but Ekdal made a fantastic goal. Not long after, Pilkington scored from a rebound from Lloris. Ruddy performed admirably and saved a penalty from Adebayor and earned us a point.

Norwich vs Tottenham
2' Emmanuel Adebayor
5' Emmanuel Adebayor
12' Albin Ekdal
22' Anthony Pilkington
59' Emmanuel Adebayor (Missed Penalty)
FT: 2-2
I have just read your last 3-4 updates and you got some great results :) . I'm sure you can qualify for the Europa League, good luck ;)
Monthly Report #2 (December): We hosted Liverpool at Carrow Road and I knew that they were on a bad streak. Even though they are my favorite team in the PL in real life, I desperately needed those three points. Holt scored a tremendous goal in the 24th minute. I really don't know why, but they were awarded a penalty and Ruddy initially touched it, but that shot had too much power for Ruddy. Both my hero's (managers) in real life have been sacked. Paul Lambert, a legend in Norwich and Brendan Rodgers who play similar football. I go to Villa and play them without a manager, which should increase my big chances already. A quick double from Holt made me doubt their team, but the doubts and doubters were silenced with the same response of their team, with an Ireland goal. I would call this a successful month, we drew two giants in the PL, won 2 but drew the worst team in the PL (real life and fm too LOL).

Match Report #3:
Norwich vs Liverpool
24' Grant Holt
66' Jamie Carragher (PENALTY)
FT: 1-1

Match Report #4:
Aston Villa vs Norwich City
35' Grant Holt
41' Grant Holt (Penalty)
81' Stephen Ireland
FT: 1-2

Match Report #5
Newcastle vs Norwich City
16' Steve Morison
50' Steve Morison
51' Demba Ba
FT: 1-2

Norwich Player of the Month:
Grant Holt
Why: He has performed the best and never stops improving! He will pass his 15 league goals from last season and might score 20.

Norwich Young Player of the Month:
Ryan Bennett
Why: He filled in the right back role when Russell got injured and even played better than him, the only bad think he did was the penalty against Liverpool. Great job Bennett!
Hehe brilliant mate!
Brilliant going Pauker! Keep it up :)
Norwich 5th in Premier League after 20 games :) Brillant bro, keep it up ;)
Thanks guys!
