England appoint new manager

England announced the resignation of Roy Hodgson and have announced their new manager as no other than the master himself, Patrick McKeown who is very experienced and is delighted to have been named as the new England boss. Patrick says that he hopes to lead England to glory for many years to come and will be introducing some young talented players to the full squad and those who deserve to play.

England announce 23 man squad vs Bosnia

This is the squad for my very first game in charge. I realise some will question some of my choices to include Danny Simpson and perhaps Josh McEachran and to leave out Rio Ferdinand. Reason being is I wanted to bring in some new players like Ryan Shawcross who is a very good and a younger defender than Rio who of course is getting on. Micah Richards was injured so called up Simpson whilst Parker was also injured which is why I called upon Josh McEachran. Also JT was injured so I called Michael Dawson to take his place.
A nice squad there and I hope you can include the legendary David Beckham in your plans somewhat.

"The master himself"?

"Very experienced"?

Somehow I doubt that :P

Yes I will certainly include him in my 'B' team lol joke ;)

Yeah i was talking myself up a little too much xD

England demolish Bosnia

Rooney (3)
Chamberlain
Walcott

Rooney

Gerrard

Rooney

A magnificent performance by England and the choice to bring in Jagielka and Dawson well and truly paid off. I am hoping for more of the same!

England squad to face San Marino and Poland

With the squad announced the fans reactions are generally surprised about the return of no other than David Beckham whose been named in the squad. Beckham has said that he is pleased to be back in the fold and hopes to perform and help with the younger players.

However Rio Ferdinand is disappointed to be left out once again with the manager feeling its time to bring in the next generation of English players but Rio has said he will always make himself available.

England thrash San Marino

Chamberlain
Defoe (2)
Welbeck

Defoe

Another comfortable victory and a very pleasing performance. I'm delighted with Defoe who I rate very much and has shown that he can still bang in the goals. I was also impressed with our passing in midfield and dominating the game and of course our defence.

England record comfortable victory

Chamberlain
Obraniak
Chamberlain

A good victory against a very difficult opposition. Chamberlain scoring 3 goals in as many games was very pleasing and showing plenty of potential. Chamberlain scoring from a Baines free kick and Obraniak scoring an own goal completed the win.

England name squad

Included in the squad are the following:

Good luck Patrick, will be following!

Great to see Micah Richards back in the squad too :)

England's good form continues

Chamberlain
Lampard
Johnson

A very difficult game with Ukraine playing quite dirty I must say picking up 5 yellow cards overall but delighted with the win with the Ox scoring once again and has been in very good form whilst Lampard got injured early on and was out for several days.

Welbeck (2)
Dawson
Parker
Welbeck

A very comfortable victory and was good to see Beckham back in the side and captaining the team as the usual (Gerrard and Lampard were both out). Welbeck grabbing 2 goals settled the win as we edge closer and closer to confirming our qualification for the World Cup.

How the table looks at the first half of the WCQ. We should be scoring more but not at all bothered as long as we finish 1st comfortably ahead of the other sides.

England meet expectations

Once again Beckham was named in the squad was a few new other faces, Wilfried Zaha, Jack Butland and once again Josh McEachran.

Welbeck
Defoe (3)
BECKHAM

Defoe

An enjoyable and comfortable performance meant England met the fans expectations. The highlight apart from Defoe grabbing the perfect hat-trick was of course Beckham getting on the scoresheet for the first time since being brought back to the England fold with a brilliant free kick!

England on course

Seven changes were made to the 23 man squad including the return of Young, Lampard, Gerrard and Wayne Rooney!

Welbeck
Rooney (3)

Rooney

A great performance matched with a very good victory and on course to reaching the World Cup Finals in Brazil. Rooney showed what England were missing by scoring a hat-trick and claiming the man of the match after a top draw performance. Welbeck completed the rout!

High five

The squad was named for the next WCQ and with Rooney injured for 5-6 months, I decided to call up Gary Hooper and just name 2 strikers whilst also naming Ryan Bertrand who would hope to make his full England debut.

Welbeck (3)
Lampard
Colonna

An excellent performance by everyone especially with our two debutants, Ryan Bertrand and Gary Hooper who impressed. Welbeck grabbed a first half hat-trick grabbing his 10th goal for England in 17 appearances and was awarded man of the match and of course took the match ball home.

An absolutely ravishing start to your spell as England gaffer! Keep it up! :)

England cruise to victory

Squad announcement for the friendly vs Sweden. Beckham was once again named whilst Gary Cahill was also brought back into the side as was Gary Hooper!

Welbeck (2)
Chamberlain (2)
Baines (pen)
Jagielka
Cahill
Gerrard
Welbeck

Chamberlain

A fantastic result against the Swedes as our young guns continue to impress mainly Chamberlain who cannot stop scoring as also Danny Welbeck who seems to be performing better for me than on FM 12. Baines and Jags managed to get their first international goal with Bertrand getting his 2nd cap and having a fine performance.
