New Deal For Orbaiz
http://en.rsport.ru/images/64541/41/645414125.jpg
33 year old defensive midfielder Pablo Orbaiz has signed a new contract with Russian side Rubin Kazan. The Spaniard has featured just 3 times this season for the club, but Kanchelskis has said that 'Pablo will now be involved in the club more and more. He has talent we simply can't waste.
Pablo joined Rubin Kazan at the start of the 2012/2013 season, just before the takeover from Andrei Kanchelskis, after leaving on a free from Olympiacos.
Orbaiz will be on £11k per week on a contract lasting until Summer 2014.
Felgueiras Joins Kazan
http://pt.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/Photo/competitions/Comp_Matches/01/87/38/27/1873827_w2.jpgAndrei Kanchelskis has made his first signing of 2013 - Portugese goalkeeper Mario Felgueiras. Mario signed from CFR Cluj for £1.1 million, the same club as previous signing Cadu.
Because of this, and previous reports of Cadu being unsettled, it is believed the signing was made to settle Cadu into the club while adding depth to the squad. Mario signed for Cluj at the start of the season for just £220k, but blossomed in Romania to become a top keeper.
Felgueiras will be on £15.25k p/week in a deal lasting until Summer 2016.
Super Carlos Comes To Russia
http://www.footballzz.com/img/jogadores/21/97721_ori_carlos_fierro.jpgMexican wonderkid Carlos Fierro is the next player to come to Russia. Carlos Fierro signed from Chivas for an undisclosed fee, which is believed to be around £4 million. Although only 18, Fierro made just under 50 appearances in Mexico, become well known all around the world.
The striker has been on the books for some time for manager Kanchelskis, and Andrei has also suggested fellow Chivas player, Erick Torres, could be a target for his long term plan at the club, in the near future.
Fierro will be on £9.75k p/week in a deal lasting until Summer 2016.
Carlos Fierro could turn out to be one of your best signings. He was unbelievable on FM12 and I am sure he is not far from those standards in FM13. Well done for obtaining his services for such a low transfer fee! Lets hope he can get the goals for you.
The Best Of FM Scout Winter Tour 2013 - Round One
We are here today for the first round of the 'Best of FM Scout Winter Tour 2013', where Rubin Kazan will face Killymoon Rangers, here in Northern Ireland. And immediately, we have recieved a statement from Michael, who has had much history and success with the club before:
Michael hier, Out of the Killymoon Area. Heskey, Terry and Pepe are here with me, and we are welcoming you for a match of naked wrestling and the occasional ballplay. We are setting up our video system, and we are trying to find our grey gorilla and inflateable sheep back. We are giving all participants a copy of the video, as long as you guys take "Mr 1-Ball" for the weekend in your team. It would be nice if he can talk some Russian, and you guys are a bit better in that. Rohypnol, Vodka, and the spare import brides are here for your entertainment. We are probably getting hammered, but we will repay the favor equally, but than in the showers. Please take care that your players won't go to the Mayors "Daughters", I don't want to traumatize your players. Good Luck, and we will see you on the airport.
The formation and line up of the Rubin Kazan squad has now been announced.

Review:
A good, solid win against a below average team (when not in the hands of Michael anyway). A great start early on in the game set up nicely, with the strikers on top form and another cracking performance by Cesar Navas, grabbing a goal even as a defender. I hope to carry on this great form in the rest of the tour.Match Highlights:
James: I really hope so. I have signed him a few times before, but with bigger clubs, where he hasn't really been able to make a difference, so it will be nice to finally see his strengths immediately. Thank you, but it was a push. They originally wanted £12 million, but I don't know how I got them down to £4 million. For that it feels like an absolute bargain!
