INTER CONQUER THE CLUB WORLD CUP

Despite the very important sounding name, the Club World Cup isn't all that it may seem at first glance. The winners of each of the confederations' continental tournaments (e.g. the UEFA Champions League) are pitted together to see which club is truly the greatest in the world.
As always, the European champion Inter Milan will be the favorite, but it's always close fought in the end. The Nerazzurri entered the competition at the semifinal stage because of it's heavy superiority compared to other clubs, and was drawn against Moroccan side Wydad Casablanca.
The African side, despite looking far weaker on paper, put up a strong fight throughout the match. They could not break down the Italian side but didn't allow Inter's super attack to create any true chances throughout the entire match. However, half an hour in, it was a 25 yard volley from striker Mattia Destro that gave Inter a 1-0 lead that saw them to the final.
Awaiting them at the Etihad Stadium of the Docklands was Brazil and South American champions Sao Paulo. To make the match even more special it would Adryan's first and likely only match he wold play against his ex-club of Inter after making the big money switch to Brazil after falling out of favor.
The Brazilian playmaker didn't have much of a chance to influence the match, however, as Inter dominated and manifested the gulf in class directly from the first kick, ending with 60% possession and 9 more shots. The end of the match couldn't come soon enough for Sao Paulo, though, as Inter began the scoring as early as 11 minutes in.
It was Isco Alcorcon who whipped in the corner kick, a brilliant delivery that found the head of an unmarked Giuseppe Bellusci to hammer home at the far post, leaving goalkeeper Agustin Marchesin with no chance.
Inter piled on more and more pressure until at last, almost on the stroke of an hour, it was the exact same set up that doubled the Nerazzurri's advantage. Isco again delivered a corner, this time from the opposite side, but it was Bellusci again who headed home for his second of the game. The match ended with a final score of 2-0.
The Player of the Tournament winner Bellusci said after the match, "Well, I rarely score one goal, let alone two! This is a great feeling, we always love to win trophies, and I'm ecstatic to have helped."
Giuseppe Bergomi was also very happy, and in a lighthearted manner commented, "A treble, and we're not halfway through the season. Give me another 6 months, and we'll have the sextuple if we keep on playing like this!"
And yes I drew Milan but that's because they actually try to play well
