Turkey 1-2 Qatar
Qatar today beat Turkey in 2-1 win, Hamza put Qatar 1-0 up in the 5th minute before Turkey equalised just 1 minute later through Ismail Koybasi, Jasper Uwaegbulam then scored on the 36th minute.

U.S.A 1-0 Ghana
Neal Hasan gave U.S.A fans something to cheer about after putting them 1-0 up and coming away with all 3 points after a goal in the 73rd minute.

Denmark 1-1 Paraguay
Esteban Gonzalzez gave Paraguay the lead on the 36th minute before Nicklas Helenius then equalised for Denmark.

South Korea 0-2 England
Jamie King gave England the lead with his 6th goal in 3 games on the 10th minute and Akash Vidyasagar then double there lead giving England 3 wins out of 3.

Group A
Argentina finished 1st on 9 points, Czech Republic finished 2nd on 6 points, Japan finished 3rd on 1 points and Egypt finished 4th on 1 point.

Group B
Uruguay finished 1st on 6 points, Canada finished 2nd on 6 points, Ivory Coast finished 3rd on 3 points and Belarus finished 4th on 3 points.

Group C
Italy finished 1st on 9 points, Costa Rica finished 2nd on 4 points, Spain finished 3rd on 4 points and Congo finished 4th on 0 points.

Group D
Germany finished 1st on 9 points, Mexico finished 2nd on 6 points, Belgium finished 3rd on 3 points and Nigeria finished 4th on 0 points.

World Cup - Day 17 Update: Second Round

Canada 2-1 Argentina
Canada seemed to do the impossible today after beating Argentina 2-1 in the second round with a goal from Daniel Haber in the 34th minute and Victor Manon doubled there lead in the 71st minute, Argentina pulled one back in the 75th minute through Nicolas Delgado.

Uruguay 2-0 Czech Republic
Uruguay are through to the quarter finals after beating World Cup holders in the second round today, Abel Hernandez scored on the 29th minute while Gaston Ramirez doubled there lead in the 63rd minute.

World Cup - Day 18 Update: Second Round

p Germany 2-2 Costa Rica
Germany today went through to the quarter finals after Marcin Waldoch gave them the lead on the 42nd minute before Costa Rica equalising in the 90th minute to take it to extra time. Carlos Soto then put Costa Rica in the lead on the 93rd minute before Michael Tasche then equalised for Germany in the 103rd minute. The game then came down to a penalty shootout and Germany won 11-10 on penalties.

e Italy 3-2 Mexico
Italy left it till extra time before sealing a place in the World Cup quarter finals, Mexico went 2-0 up after Javier Hernandez scored in the 9th minute and Erick Torres scored in the 24th minute, Italy then had a comeback on with Andrea Berolacci scoring in the 35th minute and Mattia Destro scoring in the 86th minute to take it to extra time. Mattia Destro then put Italy 3-0 up in extra time on the 107th minute.

World Cup - Day 19 Update: Second Round

Brazil 1-0 France
Brazil today went through to the quarter finals after beating France by 1 goal to 0 after Neymar scored in the 17th goal. According to report Raphael Scott as put Morgan Schneiderlin in hospital.

Poland 2-0 Columbia
Impressive Poland today beat Columbia after a goal by Mark Peter Kolatowicz in the 39th minute and Robert Lewandowski in the 43rd minute.

World Cup - Day 20 Update: Second Round

England 2-0 Ghana
England today sail into the quarter finals after a 2-0 win over Ghana. Ghana received a red card in the 20th minute after a dangerous tackle from Nicholas Acheampong which made life a lot easier for England, Ziechael put England in front on the 50th minute and Jamie King doubled there lead on the 54th minute.

p U.S.A 1-1 South Korea
U.S.A are through to the quarter finals after beating South Korea on penalties, Neal Hasan put U.S.A in front on the 25th minute but 5 minutes later Heo Rae-Se equalised for South Korea. U.S.A then won 4-2 on penalties.

World Cup - Day 22 Update: Quarter Finals

Uruguay 0-1 Italy
Italy is through to the Semi finals after a late, late winner from Lorenzo Insigne who scored in the 88th minute.

Canada 0-3 Germany
Canadas great run of form had to come to a end at some points, Michael Tasche scored in the 27th minute giving Germany a 1-0 lead, Axel Muller then doubled Germanys lead in the 48th minute before Michael Tasche then added his 2nd goal in the 84th minute giving Germany a 3-0 win.

World Cup - Day 23 Update: Quarter Finals

Brazil 3-0 U.S.A
Brazil are through to the semi-final after beating U.S.A 3 goals to 0 with Daniel Mariano scoring on the 58th minute, Rogelinho scoring on the 59th minute and Neymar scoring on the 70th minute.

Poland 0-1 England
England today went through to the semi-finals after Jamie King scoring in the 16th minute.

World Cup - Day 24 Update: Semi Final

Germany 2-1 Brazil
Germany today made the final and will play either Italy or England in the final who kicks off tomorrow, Danilo Santana put Brazil in the lead on the 26th minute, Saulo received a red card for Brazil leaving them wide open. Germany hit back and Michael Tasche scored in the 47th minute. Giuseppe Konig then scored in the 80th minute to send Germany to the final.

World Cup - Day 24 Update: Semi Final

Italy 2-2 England p
A fantastic end to end game which resulted in England going through on penalties. Derrick Porritt gave England the lead on the 16th minute when Fabrizo Catalano equalised for Italy in the 18th minute. Jamie King then gave England the lead on the 68th minute before Italy once again equalise on the 70th minute through Fabio Borini. The game now went to penalties.

Italy: Score: Catalano, Destro, Gaeta.
Missed: Borini

England: Magarry, Chalobah, Brooker, Ostrowski (J), Brocklesby.
