EVERTON - HULL

The next game was at home to Hull, and an early red card for Hulls Proschwitz made sure we secured a fairly easy 2-0 victory after goals by Jelavic and Baines.
We went out attacking in the first half, and it paid off, as we were two up at half time.
In the second half we looked to control the game, retain possession and taking advantage of the extra man.
Hull never really came close, and I'm satisfied with the game, although I feel we should've scored more goals

Man of the Match: Leighton Baines
Goals: EVE: 27' Jelavic. 37' Baines
Yellow cards: EVE: Jagielka
Red card: HUL: 11' Proschwitz.

League table after first two games.

Upcoming fixtures.

(I will not go in depth in all games played, but in rivalries, and "big" games)
i use only one tactic 4321 fluid attacking formation which is actualy a 451 in defence and 433 in attack
its greatly simalar to the barca tiki taka on the tactic download part of this site but i got a complete forward as sc instead of poacher and i got as mcr a central midfield defend as mc and advance playmaker attack and as mcl a central midfield support the rest is the same with inside forwards on the aml and amr spots
nice results up to now but the big teams have to come yet so good luck

That sounds good! Maybe I'll try it out!
Yeah, hoping to secure some important wins before the big games, but the team is playing well and morale is high, so anything can happen!
Cheers
but use a poacher instead of a complete forward if you do not have someone who can fill in the role of complete forward
Right now I'm playing both Aspas and Jelavic as AF, and working out quite well, but I'll try it out!
Definitely need more detail and all that. Try using bbcodes, it will spice up your story quite a bit. Also, read other stories as much as possible and take inspiration from them - they will also help to enhance the quality of your story.

Here is the bbcodes page.

I'll look in to that for sure!
Cheers mate
i would advice to not change a winning tactic in the middle of a season but more in pre season or in the january winter intermezzo. but best is in pre season so you team can get used to it.
I agree! Pre-season match preparation was mostly tactics and teamwork!

EVERTON FC - CRYSTAL PALACE

LEAUGE CUP

Stats

Again, just like against Hull last time, we are playing really well and creating chances, but are not able to put them in the back of the net. We also have to praise CP's goalkeeper Speroni, because he was nearly impossible to beat, and made several incredible saves.
Although he had a MoM performance, he wasn't able to stop a good strike from promising midfielder Ross Barkley after 4 minutes which secured the win, and a place in the next round in the cup.
It was also good to see that the younger lads that were given the chance stepped up, and played well.

Man of the match: Julian Speroni
Goals: EVE: 4' Ross Barkley
Yellow cards: EVE: Stones and Wanyama CP: Blake

Subs used:
Osman
Naismith
Pienaar

Everton Appoint Lehnoff as Director of Football

I've chosen to appoint a Director of Football, simply because he can deal with player sales, and help me sign players I'm interested in. After looking over a long list of candidates, I ended up with Hans-Peter Lehnoff, who worked as a scout for Bayern Leverkusen before signing for us. He's got decent stats, and speaks fluint German, English and French, so he should be a good fit.

The transfer window is now shut! We didn't do much on deadline day, except a few youngsters who left on loan and that's about it.
