Raheem Sterling Agrees Manchester City

17 year old youngster Raheem Sterling has today joined Manchester City from Liverpool for a fee thought to be worth £15m.

Shaun Goater today told the press he will be used for two years merely as a backup for Alexis Sanchez and can learn a lot from the Chilean but if Sanchez gets injured he will have his chance to shine.

Raheem Sterling started his career at Q.P.R before signing for Liverpool for £600k but has only managed to start 3 times for Liverpool so his career as barley started and Shaun wanted to bring this potential England start into the blue side of Manchester.

Gareth Bale Joins Manchester City

Gareth Bale today joined Manchester City for a staggering £56 million pounds on a 4 year deal earning £185k a week.

There as been speculation for years now about Gareth Bale and Tottenham whether he should be playing at bigger club but nothing really come of it and now he's got his chance to shine after being at Tottenham for the last 5 seasons and merely seeing Europe he will now get his chance to play at the top stage of football.

Shaun Goater is thrilled to have captured a world class winger and believes he will finish his career at Manchester City as long as Goater is the manager.

Too much spent. But you are Man City...

A Look At Manchester City Squad For The Season Ahead

So this is the squad for next season and it's looking very nice I'm delighted with the signing and departures so far this season, though some places still need improving but in time that will come.

GK - Costel Pantilimon
DR - Micah Richards
DC - Matija Nastasic
DC - Joleon Lescott
DL - Aleksandar Kolarov
MC - Javi Garcia
MC - Jack Rodwell
MC - Gareth Barry
AMR - Raheem Sterling
AML - Scott Sinclair
ST - Carlos Fierro
ST - Tony Watt

These are the other players in the squad and i obviously want to give Watt, Fierro, Rodwell and Sterling as many chances as i possibly can without throwing away 3 points so i will feature them in cup games and against lower league teams. I have some decent youth here and it's looking to be a great season hopefully i can do well in the Champions League which is my main aim.

Community Shield Final

Chelsea 0-2 Manchester City

Sunday 12th August 2012 - Community Shield - Attendance 42,785

GOALS - Bale 67, Kolarov 87

INJURED - Toure (Groin Strain - 10 days)

MOM - John Terry

A great start to Shaun Goaters career and the first Cup under his belt after a great win over a strong Chelsea team, Chelsea had a red card in the 40th minute which helped massively and Gareth Bale managed to get his first of many in a blue shirt!
My, what a lovely layout.. :P A great game, good to see Bale scoring. At this rate you should be able to get 2nd in the league (obviously behind the reds). Good luck :D
That is an outrageously strong squad and that formation looks familiar ;) Tony Watt wooo! Haha with a squad like that you should sweep everything in your path! Nice update style for the matches ;)

The clinical Lewandowski, The heroics of Capt. Kompany, Aguero's flamboyance, velocity of Sterling and Bale....... Aaaaaaaaannnd Shaun Goater haha. With a team like that, the Goat shall be fed!
Just read it all and it's a great start JK ;)
Even if I don't agree with all your transfers choices and I'm shocked with Nasri moving to Spurs, I will follow this!

Manchester City 2-0 Manchester United

19th August 2012 - Premier Division - Attendance 47,405

GOALS - Javi Garcia 45, Robert Lewandowski 83.

MOM - Joleon Lescott

Could i of asked for a better start in my Manchester City career? Making some fantastic signings and then beating Chelsea in the Community Shield and now starting my Premier League campaign beating our rivals Manchester United 2-0 with two brilliant goals! I'm excited about this season already and the Champions League as also been drawn so will give you a update pretty soon on who's in what group.

Stoke City 0-4 Manchester City

25th August 2012 - Premier Division - Attendance 27,740

GOALS - Alexis Sanchez 31, Gareth Bale 51, Sergio Augero (Pen) 63, Robert Lewandowski 89.

MOM - Javi Garcia

Continuing very strong and I've ended a awesome month for the Blues. Many people told me to start Milner over Garcia and i went against it and started Garcia which is proving so far the be the right choice with a goal against Manchester United and a man of the match performance against Stoke so I'm sticking with Garcia for the time being. Robert Lewandowski is also looking pretty good after a game in both of the games I've played!

League Table

It says 3 games played as i forgot to take a picture of the league table at the end of August! So I'm currently sitting nicely at the top after the first three games and I'm hoping i sit here for the rest of the season.
