Overall our group is very tough. If we were to go out into the Europa League I would not be too disappointed due to the teams we have to play. The home games will be key and I need to pick up points to make sure we go through.

August, On Fire

We have started the season on fire with 10 goals in 2 games. We look in great shape for the season and the 4-2-3-1 tactic is looking good.

Stoke Away Britannia Stadium

Adams’s notes: What a performance. Stoke away was always going to be tough but we made it look easy. Santi Cazorla broke his wrist early on and will be a big loss for around a month. Aaron Ramsey shrugged of the jeers and was excellent and scored a 30 yard screamer to shut the fans up. I am very proud of this result and this shows that we have a good squad that is ready for the new season.

Swansea Home Emirates Stadium

Adams’s notes: I am speechless. What a game. We should have got 10 but 7 will do. We were 4-0 up after 20 minutes and we never stopped dominating. Lewandowski got his first goal for the club and that was a big boost for him. I also handed a debut to Serge Gnabry who has a good future ahead of him. We were too good for them and we passed them off the park. Arteta made up for his penalty miss against Stoke with a brace and Oxlade-Chamberlain and Carl Jenkinson have steam been great and both have received international call ups.

League Table

First is great but we know after a few game it will all change and we will hopefully be up there later on in the season.

Player of The Month

Carl Jenkinson
It has been hard to choose who should win this award but Carl has been great. He has stood in for Sanga and may even give him a run for his money. He has played a part in goals and he has just been excellent. The whole back 4 has also with Monreal and Gibbs being rotated at left back.

Jack Wilshere- ‘Adams is great

In an overwhelming show of support for ne manager Tony Adams, Jack Wilshere has said that the whole team are enjoying it under Adams. The ‘Gunners’ made a blistering start to the season by scoring 10 goals in 2 games.

“Adams has been great for us”, said Wilshere. “He trusts us all and we all believe in him a lot. I have not properly trained with the team yet this season but he has given me lots of confidence for when I return. He has promised that I will one day become captin and recently he said that I was Vice-Captin for the team. He said that I will be a starter in the team and that means a lot for a young player like me”.

“He is always involved at the club and he always goes and watched the U21’S and the U18’S”, added Jack. “The whole team wants to play under him and we feel it is a great time to be at Arsenal”.

September, Gunning them Down

Another great month has followed the last and we have showed people we are the real deal.

Qpr Away Loftus Road

Adams’s notes: [A performance of the highest quality. We took the lead early on but Qpr looked like they may get one back but Oxlade-Chamberlain scored the winner in injury time to seal our 3rd win in a row and another 3 points in the bag.

Reading Home Emirates Stadium

Adams’s notes: Another great game. We are just too good for teams at the moment and we just seen to score goals every chance we get. We dominated the game again and we feel we are ready to be a competitive team.

West Brom Home Emirates Stadium

Adams’s notes: Another brilliant win. I have only one trouble and that is we are conceding too many conciliation goals at the end of games but we are winning them so I can’t complain. I handed another start to Gnabry but unfortunately he did not perform too well.

Everton Away Goodison Park

Adams’s notes: A great game. We deserve the win and against a good team like Everton we have done very well. Lewandowski played well and I am rotating him with Giroud when we play more physical teams but both strikers are doing their job well.

League Table

We are in a great position with a 100% record in the league. We have a big gap between Man City so hopefully they can slip up and we can make the most of it.

Liverpool Away Anfield

Adams’s notes: Very disappointed to be out at the 3rd round but I played a team that should have beaten Liverpool but they turned up instead of us. We must move on and make sure we perform in the F.A Cup now.

Zenit Home Emirates Stadium

Adams’s notes: A great game. We were 4-0 up at halftime and we deserve it. We showed that we want to play in the tournament and we know we will have to work hard to stay in it with the tought group we have.

Group Table

We sit top of the group and I intend to keep the team there for the entire stage and hopefully we will qualify.

Player of the Month

Abou Diaby has been great. He has filled in the void left after Cazorla’s injury and trust me, he will stay there. He holds the play up well and also scores goals and that is important for a AM. He will drop deeper when Cazorla is back to his best but also if he keeps It up I will have a tough job on picking midfielders as both Ramsey and Arteta have been excellent.
What a brilliant start! Tough Champions League Group, but with one win in the bag, I'm sure you'll manage :D

Thanks mate. I should be able to get through but would not mind a spell in Europa :D

Adams- ‘I want to stay for life’

In another show of his love for the club, manager Tony Adams has said he wants to manage the team for life. He also feels that as he is a Gooner success breeds in him and he wants to blend that into the team.

“I have a great squad” said Adams. “We have great potential as a club also. We make a lot of money but also we seem to be competitive. We may have lost our killing edge over the last few years but now we are ready. We have made a great start to the season and we look really good”.

“The team on paper is not as good as it actually is. I am mixing youth and experience and it seems to be working. Our midfield is great and we have a lot of quality in that position. I want to build the team around my main 3 in midfield as that is where we are very strong. We have Jack coming back from injury so that will be a big boost to our hopes of a trophy. I am sad we are out of the COC Cup but we must strive for glory and take revenge on teams that knock us down. It is time for this club to stand up and fight back and now we are ready to do that. It has been upsetting watching Arsenal now for 7 years and I intend to change that. We won’t buy our trophy, we won’t steal our rival’s captin, we won’t lose faith with the team. And when we win that trophy. It will have been won, the Arsenal way.
Great start mate and some fantastic updates there.
