End of Season: PROMOTED!

There we are! We won the Capital One Cup (above), the Johnstone's Paint Trophy which we won't be playing in next season and promotion to the Championship! And we qualified for the Europa League next season after winning the Capital One Cup and to be honest, I'd rather play in the Europa League than Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

We finished a narrow 3 points away from eventual champions Sheffield Wednesday but getting promotion means more than anything, this season was always going to be tough because it was my first season.

Now we go onto the takeover. If you look at the pre-match commentary in the Capital One Cup final you would see Alex Heardman said about Ian Davies buying us out for £540M, it happened. I was given a big transfer budget this season but I saved most of it for until either the January transfer window if we were in a threatening position or if we get promoted where we would really need to revamp the squad.

We also completed 12 new signings, here they are. I believe they are quality for the Championship:

Your team is going to be beast!
Great story! Congrats on the consecutive promotions!
Could you post a screen shot of your team tactics?

Cheers

Changes

We welcome a new player to our squad, Alexander Buttner from Manchester United for £3,000,000 was completed on deadline day and the newest member of the Accrington squad.

We also have to play at Burnley's stadium, Turf Moor until the end of this season due to 14,000 seats being installed at our 29,000 capacity ground Ivy Lane which to be honest I was not happy about.

End of Season: BPL Here we come!

So, who would of thought it, Accrington Stanley in the Premier League. Not only that we got there in 4 seasons! We finished as champions, finishing 3 points ahead off eventual 2nd place West Ham United and Derby County were promoted via the play-offs. It was a tough run towards the end but we narrowly pulled through.

*Thanks to ziechal for making this banner, cheers :)
What a season, good luck in the prem.

As we head into our first ever season in the Premier League, we needed improvements and with a massive amount of money given from our new multi-millionaire owner Ian Davies we were allowed to make key signings, but we had to sell key players to balance the wage budget so:

We have also announced our squad numbers for this season:
