A poor start but you will recover.

A spiky welcome to Ligue 1. PSG could be a different ball game though

Paris Saint Germain 2-0 Paris FC

Although we were expected to lose by a lot more, I am still devastated. I have waited all these years to have a shot at PSG and unfortunately it would not end happily. Carlo Ancellotti whispered into my ear at the end of the game "Only one club in Paris" so I nudged him and he dramatically fell over. A two game touchline ban was soon to be handed to me. In truth we played well, frustrated them but the quality of players was a different class, if we stay in the league for a few seasons we may be able to match them financially but at the moment we are worlds apart

A fantastic result against the champions of France of 2012. We went behind early on but the lads battled on and a brace from Scarpelli put us on coarse for a famous win but we couldn't hold on. We must take points off teams that will be around us, so any points taken off teams in the top half of the table is a bonus.

Paris FC vs OGC Nice - Stade Charlety - Attendance 11,937

We picked up our second win of the season against a much fancied OGC Nice side. The lads have produced the reaction I wanted after the PSG game and we have picked up a good 4 out of a possible 9 league points this month. Roufousse's brace secured the points but credit must be given to our defence, who had to withstand heavy pressure throughout the game.

Stade Rennais FC vs Paris FC - Stade de la Route de Lorient - Attendance 30,118

Another year, another early exit in the cup. A poor preformance summed up with multiple goalkeeping errors. It's an area I have looked at and decided to recruit, the current keeper was bought in pre-season but has turned in many bad performances.

Transfer News

After spending 8 years in FC Lorient first team, Fabien Audard's contract was not extended so we picked him up on a free. Our Goalkeeper was extremely disappointing and needed to be replaced. Audard has another few years left in him and his experience in Ligue 1 will prove vital.

Paris News

With the low standards of our facilities, it was time the board chipped in and improved them. We need to produce our own players and this is a positive step taken by the board

Paris FC are 13th, 4 points off relegation
Nice results :) I think an enquiry by the French FA into Ancelotti's behaviour is needed ;)

Some ok results but form isn't really something you will care about as long as you stay clear of relegation. Hope you can continue/improve and also beat PSG next time!!!
1
Well, to beat P$G at their home would have been unbelievable I think, but being a new promoted team a 0-2 is not bad! As well as the 13th place is very good so far! :)

Ancelotti is one of my favorite manager as an A.C. Milan's fan, so I will not comment on his "fake" behavior... :P
I think this story is amazing you are not in relegation zone and i frigging told u would be promoted im your lucky charm!!!
@Rablador - I know, making me out to be the troublemaker!

@P-Kiddy - Cheers, hopefully we can continue it :)

@Gambit84 - "Fake"?? Ah he's got everybody fooled :p

FC Lorient 2-1 Paris FC

A game we were second best throughout, the scoreline doesn't tell the true story of the game. FC Lorient dominated from the off, racing into a 2 goal lead, and we got a consolation right at the end. We need to pick our selves up and keep fighting on.

Stade Brestois 29 vs Paris FC - Stade Francis - Attendance 12,202

Stade Brestois 1-1 Paris FC

A good result for us as we claim more priceless points. We again fell behind early on but battled our way back into the game. We created more chances than we usually do and didn't have to rely on heroic defending to see us through which is pleasing

Paris FC vs Toulouse FC - Stade Charlety - Attendance 15,958

Paris FC 1-0 Toulouse FC
Scarpelli

Our first win of the month in front of our home crowd! Scarpelli again was the hero of the day as he took his only chance of the game well. Another 3 points closer to staying up

AS Saint-Etienne vs Paris FC - Stade Geoffroy Guichard - Attendance 21,414

We went into the game as big underdogs and set up shop to hold out for a draw, and we came home with our first away win of the season and in some style! We use the counter attack superbly and once we scored two, Saint Etienne threw everyone forward and it turned into a rout. A historic day for the club and also our first back to back wins of the season. What a month!

Paris News

Another new development within the club, this time it's our training facilities. The clubs finances have never been as good so the board have been generous.

Since I haven't done an update lately, I have decided I will do a 3 month one now to get this story up to date!

November

November was an up and down month for the club, with some fantastic results and some disappointing ones too. We secured a historic home win against Marseille with our best performance of the season, watched by over 20,000 fans! However we were brought straight back down to earth a week later being crushed 4-0 by Stade Rennais FC. Overall I was satisfied with how November panned out for us, picking up a respectable 7/15 points available.

December

Another month, another amazing win! This time it was AS Monaco who fell at the Stade Charlety, which was making a name for itself as a tough place to visit. Soon again though we could not build on it, slumping to a narrow defeat to relegation rivals AS Nancy Lorraine. We ended the month with a good home draw against LOSC Lille, taking our record up to 9 home games without a defeat.

January

A very busy month with some important games. The first game of importance came in the French Cup 10th round, where we easily overcame lower league opposition in a 6-1 rout. This put us through to the last 32 where we overcame another lower league team 1-0 to put us through to the last 16, against Ligue 2 side Angers SCO. This gives us a real chance of going far for the first time under myself. Plus we have gone further than PSG! Our first game in the league was a defeat to giants Lyon who proved to have too much quality for us. We managed to avenge our earlier 5-1 defeat in the season against En Avant de Guingamp by beating them 2-1 at our home. The month ended rather on a sour note with back to back defeats. Firstly to FC Sochaux - Montbe who dominated us in a 2-0 win. The most disappointing result of all 3 months however was our home defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, who ended our 10 game unbeaten run at home with a 2-0 win, maybe next season (if we stay up) We will get a result

Paris FC are 16th, 6 points above relegation

Cheers mate, I think we should just about stay up! :)
Some tough results, but you're still over relegation zone and fighting like this, you can survive! I am pretty sure! Keep it up mate! :)
