What a waste of 3 points! I really struggle with tired players now. Henderson and Afellay at the moment don’t look like suitable substations for Liverpool. SUMMARY

That’s the end of this year’s Europe competition as we have been knocked out of two. Ajax with a chock attack from the beginning. Reina had made two fantastic saves under the first 30 seconds. We had the hardest time to get any kind of ball possession under the first period. Suárez came in instead of Downing after 45´and with that we took over the match. He played very well on the left side with an assist to the goal. I had Rodriques and Agger inured early in the game but couldn't afford to make substitutions as wee needed to score. Briefly I have to complain on the referee. With three Liverpool counter attacks the player with the ball was instantly tackled down! The referee didn’t seem to care much about did he!! Too bad I wasn’t given opportunity to complain on the ref on the press conference. With almost all players inside and outside the penalty box we didn’t manage to get the ball in the last 15 minutes. It was a great offence and credit for the try! Next years competition Id be damned if we don't succeed better

Too bad about the exit of the European Leagues. I really thought you could make it to the finale. And hoped for it for the chance of income and silverware.
But Ill bet you get far in the Champions League next season.

Too bad! Hope better luck next year, with new players... or the promising youngsters. think you should get rid of henderson/downing. downing is too average for europe!

Not long ago Chelsea was the top team but with the arrival of Moyes they have really put them selves in heaps of trouble. United seems to be team to beat now. There are some great matches ahead to finalize the season. Liverpool vs United vs Chelsea. Both matches away, so we have to perform on the absolute highest top to take the 3-pointers. The advantage is ours to take as United and Chelsea played more matches that we have. Looking at the matches the both team have it’s not ideal for Liverpool. I need to be realistic; it’s going to be difficult. At least we qualify ourselves to CL next season, but to be honest I am a bit nervous of getting myself axed if we don’t end 2nd,but at the same time I’m very thrilled. I’m almost too nervous clicking myself forward on the game to be honest

You couldn’t be more right. Its been on my mind as well. Downing is switching between hot and cold. One game he makes 3 assist and then nothing for a longer period. I don’t trust him. As it goes for Henderson he scored twice the first match I put him on the right position ... then nothing. It’s a good waste of Sterlings development

Yeah at least winning over Ajax was exactly my thoughts. We are really struggling out in Europe. I Need players with experience or motivated younger players for this kind of opposition

You always feel proud as a manager when the latest transfer gets substituted into the game and scores the winning goal. But the game in hand was more difficult than I forseeded comparing to our last encounter. All credit to Jääskeläinen with his great saves that stopped the Liverpool aces from scoring. The Bolton defence did an equal great job. We had the upper hand troughout the 90 minutes but slacked of a period whit the Klasnic equalizer.

Thanks pepper! Yes, I’m always looking for English talent. Liverpool should, as the classic English team it is. There are some good talent already on the upraise and buying too many young players might restrain Liverpools own academy’s development. Need to take care of my own house first.
Albrighton, I know of him but haven’t scouted him much further than that. But Ill take a better look at him now when you mentioned him. In the other there aren’t too many “youthers” that’s could become future players when you look trough the academy. So yes, I need to bring in some fresh blood. Perhaps I should start signing the Arsenal scouts

My intentions; Score couple of goals early in the match and let the reserves take from there due to the upcoming match. But it was tricky as Fullham defended superbly until Hangeland decided to give us a helping hand. Angel got slightly injured before 45 minutes and pulled him quickly of the field. Another 3 points but these two last games have been difficult. Could it be I’m too hard with the match talk before the games. Nervous manager behaviour?
