If you didn't understand it in the description, here's a better explanation. Kevin De Bruyne plays for Belgium, but because his mother was born in Burundi that would make him eligible to play for Burundi, so I changed his nationality to make Burundi his only nationality.

This I've done for over 2500 players, meaning pretty much everyone with a CA over 110.
