All cups have the correct teams in them. Scottish Cup has been fixed and now includes the correct registered teams as well as the winners of the East, South & West Cup Winners Shield.
Some dates for the latter stages of competitions may be off a bit as they haven't, been released yet.
Relegated Teams go to the correct leagues i.e Fort William would go North Caledonian League even if Dundee North End won the Highland League Playoff.
Any issues with this please let me know.

Scottish Refs adds correct referees to the game at the level they should be.
Scottish Media adds a mixture of Scottish newspapers to the game to give a bit more of a local feel to news conferences.
How to unlock the Scottish pyramid on FM22
Move the downloaded .fmf file to your "editor data" folder, by default located at:documents > sports interactive > football manager 2022 > editor data >
Start a new career game with this database enabled and play in Scotland.

Theres a few differences. All the cups have the correct teams. Most Cups have history added to them. Added youth and reserve leagues with correct teams.
