There havent been a lott of changes besides Poulsen leaving to join the Danish National team. Van der Gaag has been promoted to the Senior coaching staff and John Heitinga has been promoted to The Jong Ajax Manager role. I used their Linked-In profiles to get the most accurate descriptions on their job.
For people who are new to this. Just Subscribe to this Item and it will be in you editor list when you start a new game.

If you have steam just subscribe to it on the steam workshop and it will be in your editor data when you start a new game.
If you dont use steam
1- Download the file
2 - Extract the files
Windows >> Use 7zip (or winrar)
Mac >> Use The Unarchiver.
After the extraction you will see the file
Ajax Staff Update 2022 by KreWL'
3 -Move the 'Ajax Staff Update 2022 file' to the following location on your computer:
Windows >> Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\data editor
Mac >> Users\Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\data editor
4 -Start your Football Manager 2022 game:
- Set up a NEW career game
(This fix will only work in a new career game)
- Select the 'Database' option available right on top
- Select the database file 'Ajax Staff Update 2022 by KreWL'
- Finish the new career set up as usual
