Below is a quick description of the "Brazilian Flair" tactic. The above video breaks it down in more detail. All player instructions and set pieces are also detailed in the video.
Want your team to play a more express brand of football? well this 4-2-3-1 formation really gives the players licence to attack at all opportunities. The AML/AMR are set to sit narrow which creates a very attacking 3 behind the main striker. DL/DR are instructed to get forward and provide width on the outside.
The box-to-box central midfielder is there to disrupt the play and get around the pitch effectively.
Outside of the AMC the two most important players in this tactic are the AML/AMR, both are told to cut inside and shot regularly. Players such as Neymar and Hulk are perfect for this system but any inside forward type player who is playing on the "wrong" side will perform well.
The entire point of this tactic is to get your team playing attacking football that produces - GOALS, GOALS, GOALS!

You don't get much possession, but your attackers(striker + wingers + attacking midfielder) will get a lot of chances into goal.
I recommend everyone to use this tactic, it's great :).
@MrSwiss876 - the defense is pretty solid. The tactic doesn't make a gap between defenders or something like that, so basically it's just up to your defenders. I managed to win 3-2 against Portugal, and 2-1 against Russia. the Portugal result was a result of a poor GK choice..
Great job again for the tactic - thanks!
