Classic 4-4-2 Diamond

It's a classic 4-4-2(with DM and AM). I used this tactic on FM23 and had amazing success with every club I played. I recently started playing FM24 and it seems to work even better. It's a tactic where players in every position perform well and the strikers are guaranteed to score a lot of goals.
It will bring control in most of the games, recycle possession quickly, entertaining football with lots of goals and won't let many chances at the back. It's a very balanced tactic. I've also played with many teams and it works with every club, whether bottom, middle or top club you will overperform.

It works with well with different type of players too. For example Giroud scored a lot of goals, but Adeyemi too although they are different profile. If possible play a left-footed striker for the left sided ST and right-footed for the right sided ST. For the WM(R) role also different roles will play well, for ex. I used Antony, Pulisic, Musah, all performed well, for the WM(L) role it would be nice to have a right-footed player as it will cut inside frequently plus it will pass from deep. The HB role is quite important as it's the player that will start most of the attacks(but really gets support in organization from the midfielders and the WB's too)
and cover a lot of ground when defending. So it's good to have a player with good positioning and anticipation or a physical player. As for the CB roles, it works with well with CB or BPD role, assign depending on the players you have.

Here are some of the results and the performances of individual players, and as you can see they are all from first season so it will only get better and also I haven't made any drastic changes int the squads, only minimal transfers.
