CEE Cup

- international youth cup
- 16 teams (4 czech), 4 groups, than semifinal and final

Changes:

- all team names are modified to Czech

- to each team was assigned a stadium and named after the real life names (if the name of the stadium was traceable)
- each team has created jerseys (with some it was very hard to find what jerseys they actually have, but i hope i'm close as possible)
- each team has been set up a regional league and division to which it belongs
- added year of creation to almost all teams (some teams don't even have websites, so it was practically impossible to find)
- added missing cities
- Edited city names to Czech
- Added missing geographic data to cities
- Added geographic data to stadiums
- All cities assigned to the correct region
- Adjusted population to all cities
- modified the names of regions into Czech and adjusted the number of inhabitants in them
