The mentality might be set to Very Attacking, but I had the best defence in the league, conceding only 17 goals in 38 matches
In this tactic , you have 4 players directly responsible for defending ( 3 CB`s and the anchor man) while the Complete Wing Backs are responsible for the whole side. The mezzalas` offer some balance between attacking and defending. The DLF is responsible for creating the necessary space for the movement of the AF. Do not expect much possession against bigger clubs ( around 40 to 45 % mostly) but most of the times the possession will be around 45 to 52 %.
As for the training schedules, I use the standard ones from the game , but , I do add Attacking Movement, Defensive shape and Team Bonding
Feel free to test it and tell me how you guys did.
