Ekstraklasa with 12 teams

Ekstraklasa and 1st league are reduced to 12 teams.
2nd league reduced to 16 teams
3rd league without changes - 4 groups of 18 teams.

The entire reform lasts from 3-4 seasons.

I added one round to the Polish Cup, so that all teams from the 3rd league upwards took part.

Cash bonuses for the ESA and League 1 teams have been changed. The schedule for the top two leagues has been adjusted as if ESA took over the 1st league.

As usual, in my additions, I wanted to reflect reality as much as possible, even the virtual one.
