Public editionWe won't make any promises on the release date of the public version, but most likely we'll be able to release it during November.

"g" edition
The "g" edition, which is the one for people who donate, is available since 16 October (beta 1). Current version is beta 9 and available since 28 November.
Reminder: The "g" edition is ad-free and has a few extra features compared to the public edition.

We will make the public edition available for download earlier for people who have signed up for our newsletter. All you need to do is give us your email and verify it by clicking the confirmation link in the email you'll receive.You will receive an email with the download link to the first Genie Scout 14 beta version of the public edition a bit earlier than everyone else.

I WANT BACK MY MONEY!!
The scout is great as ever but I’m wondering if a few adjustments could be made so that it is even better.
Let me first explain what I am trying to achieve and the way that I am intending to play FM14 (in FMC):
I have started a very large game with 4 managers (all controlled by me) with almost all nations and leagues loaded (I may start deselecting some if the save file reaches over 1gig). I have started with 3 of the 4 managers in the very bottom rung available of the non-modded English leagues (I don’t think the mod edits are available on FMC anyway) and the last manager in the Aussie top flight (the only Aussie one available in FMC). Over the course of around 10 seasons I’m aiming for all managers to be in the same league, somewhere and finally to be competing against each other in one of Europe’s or SA’s top flights (I’ve obviously picked the English option with 3 out of 4 of the managers as I’d ideally like it to be the premiership but that’s not a set in stone aim of mine).
The first problem I am having with the English clubs is that nobody wants to seem to come to them!
This is the first bit I’d like to know – when I get a shortlist from within the game and save it, it does not save any filters I apply to it (the most important being filtering out unrealistic targets). This is not a fault of the scout but the game in that it only saves the whole list and not the filtered list. Does anyone know of a workaround to this as my game world is over 125k players and it takes a long time to crosscheck a viable target back to the genie to see how good/crap they are?
Basically what I am after is the filtered list from the game saved/exported and then loaded into the genie so I can click the Actual ability column and proceed to build my squad from there.
(I suppose one thing might be to add lots of additional filters in the game filtering like position, age, nation etc to get the genie results down, I’ll try that later but if anyone knows a quicker workaround I’d be greatful)

When I try to open a shortlist the only file type available is a FM13 Shortlist File so I cannot view any FM14 shortlist files
This is for mac.
