I have created a training which is set to be heavy and is one click from very heavy.
Instructions
Extract the downloaded file to find 3 schedules Heavy Full Time, Heavy Part Time, Heavy Youth.In order to extract you will need either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac.
Then you should place them here:
Documents/Football Manager 2012/Schedules
As you may now Heavy Youth is for players with youth contracts, Heavy Part Time is for players with part time contracts and Heavy Full Time is for players with full time contracts.
Each of the schedule has a 7 schedules each:
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) GK - it was created in mind for Goalkeepers
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) CB - created in mind for Central Defenders
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) FB - created in mind for Full Backs
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) DMC - created in mind for Defensive Midfielders
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) CM - created in mind for Central Midfielders
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) AMC - created in mind for Attacking Midfielders
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) Wing - created in mind for Wingers
Heavy (called hard for full time and part time) ST - created in mind for Strikers
